I have been wanting to check out Islas kitchen for a while now & I’m so glad we checked it out today. Our waiter was so nice and attentive and kept filling our drinks. I came back here after having an “OK” experience several weeks ago hoping for a better outcome. I love the look and feel of this place, but am constantly let down by the food. Just not my favorite southern food. The fish had a coating that I cant explain. I've had cornmeal and flour on my plate but this was different, and wouldn't eat again. Drinks was amazing. But my sisters and I will visit again for sure. Collard greens need more flavor.
