If I could give this jack in the box negative stars I would. My husband and I ordered 2 of the sauced and loaded wedges, to only get 1. Amongst other food that we had ordered and asked for some taco sauce when we paid. They told us to pull around and park, waited a long time. When given the food the only sauced and loaded wedge we got was all over the rest of the food and then we go back thru to get what we actually ordered and to get the taco sauce we wanted, was told to pull around and wait again so all of our other food got cold and soggy. Worst experience of many I have had here. I’d like to know what yall will do to fix this.

on july 15, ordered the t-pain munchie meal, mini churros, and the chocolate overload cake for me, my sister, and my mom. i didn’t get charged for the chocolate cake, but i didn’t receive it either. im sure the lady taking my order just didn’t hear me, but a little disappointing because there isn’t a jack in the box where i live and i had to drive over half an hour.

Im not a Jack in the box fan at all. But some friends i was with love it so i stopped so they can get food. They ordered quite a bit and had special requets etc, and they got it all right. Not sure hpw the food was i didnt eat any of it but they had no complaints.

Waited 1 hrs 15 mins for two taco's. Standing at the counter being blatantly ignored. Staff was rude outside of getting a free chocolate cake for waiting so long.

I've doordashed food from this location multiple times and they never answer their phone when you call. And when you order in the drive thru and the order doesn't come out how you order it, they want to argue about it. But when the food is correct, it's pretty good so I still come back.
