I am glad I drove a little further this evening for Jack in the Box….. I had tacos and mini tacos from the drive thru . The service was outstanding, the young man who waited on me was happy to do his job and the food was awesome as well. So refreshing to see some young people who have great customer service !!! thank you !!!

The food is alright I mean it’s fast food I’m not expecting much, but Jesus Christ is it that hard to NOT put extra stuff on my food, I usually order plain stuff because I’m a little picky, and this specific location consistently gets my order wrong.

Tried their new smashed burger. It was tasty and juicy. The only downside was I had to pay an up charge to have the fries substituted for curly fries.

Stopped in here for lunch for the first time. The burgers were really good, although not a fan of mustard on them. It's definitely more of a mayo type burger. The fries were really good and I also tried the crunchy taco. Shell was really hard but stillnlretty good. The service was fast and friendly. Very clean as well. Will definitely be back and recommend.

Very disappointed in this location. Be very careful what you order on doordash, because when it comes down to having to call them or talk to them in person on what is missing, or what is incorrect with the order, you are met with nothing but disrespect. It is a complete battle with them to get your food correctly.

The food was horrible, the service was awful, only one person even acknowledged me or tried to be helpful so he deserves 5 stars, but everyone else 1, even cooked longer the food tasted rubbery and under done, the restaurant was clean but atmosphere was hindered by rude employees who refuse to even look at or say hello to a customer. Used to love Jack's, won't be back. And what's w the weird sauce on everything?

This location has a lot of issues. From rude staff to a broken phone to down right ridiculous errors on orders, this restaurant either needs to be completely re-staffed or go through some major training on how to do their job.
Tonight really took the cake. I placed a mobile order containing the classic sauced and loaded waffle fries for myself and some food for my husband and friend. First off, I checked the burgers to make sure they were correct, as there were modified. Thankfully, the burgers were perfect. However, each of the regular sized curly fries were about half full, as shown in the first photo. Second, my requested sauces were missing. I pulled back through the drive thru to request my sauces and ask if it was possible to get more fries. The worker gave me my sauces and then went to drop a new basket of fries. He didn’t communicate that he had to make new fries, otherwise I wouldn’t have asked. Our food was already a bit cold by then so I didn’t think to check my fries. By the time I got home with our food, I finally opened my fries (which are supposed to contain ranch, cheese sauce, and bacon bits) only to find a pile of completely plain (and ice cold) waffle fries, as shown in the second photo.
I get that stuff happens. Everyone has off days. However, it seems like every time we come to this location, something goes wrong. I wanted to give them chances, as it’s the closest Jack in the Box to me but this sealed the deal. I’ll start going to a different location.
