I am loving this girl with the red hair in the drive though. (Receipt says litzy) Great attitude, friendly, genuinely seemed happy to be here. I travel for work and eat out a lot. It's very refreshing to have someone with a good attitude in the Drive-Thru. Thank you 😊

Had the large Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger combo as a 3am munchies run. It was pretty dang tasty, but when I got home and entered it into MyFitnessPal, I had buyers remorse. The large combo was my entire days worth of calories. It was worth every bite, but I starved myself the rest of the day!

This is literally the worst place to ever get food I wouldn’t recommend this fast food joint to anyone. I ordered thru Uber eats. The food was completely cold not because of the driver, but because of the employees that work there. My food doesn’t even look like anything when I ordered and I have pictures to prove it. I just wanted a late night treat after a long day from work then I tried to call the store and the workers were just laughing. Didn’t have a care in the world saying we don’t care if yall leave a review I will never do business here and also the fries were beyond cold. The drinks weren’t even full. They were halfway full.

Stopped here for lunch. Counter service was great & food was good. Bathroom & dining room was clean.
Im so MAD I left home early to get food b4 my over night shift, to be the sec person in line NOBODY in the lobby and 4 workers and I still DID NOT get my food because the wait time. It would been unbearable if there was only 1 worker in the line making food. But for all them work on the grill line I see PLAYING thru the window made it EVEN WORSE. I had enough of watch them talk and PLAY to the point I ask the only person in front of me to let me move past so I could make it to work LATE!!!! Thanks SO MUCH 4 NOTHING. What makes it even more FRUSTRATING as I drove pass the window to leave wit NOTHING I see the Manger standing there just watching and talking right along with the boys that was on the line make food. As a mangerfor over 5 years for Taco Bueno there's no way I would allow that many people on the line and orders NOT being received in a timely manner. At least the manger could have been HELPING INSTEAD OF JUST TALKING AND WAVING HER ARMS. REALLY SAD 15MIN WIT 4-5 works WOW!!! IDK JUST REALLY UP SET. 😕 WE have to due better.

I hadn’t eaten at a Jack in the Box in probably 30 years and it will probably be another 30 years before I come back. Food was mediocre at best and drink machine syrup was practically nonexistent (No regular Coke, Sprite or Dr. Pepper) Dining room needed cleaning at 3:09pm on a Sunday) I asked if there was a single burger with lettuce and tomato… I was told no…. Really? I ended up ordering a Smash Jack combo that was not really smashed and lukewarm. (There were three customers in the dining room when I arrived )…20 minutes later they still haven’t attempted to clean the dining room all while 2 female employees were laughing at (about) someone in the drive thru. Kinda sad if you think about it
