I ordered the chicken nugget meal with curly fries and an Oreo shake. They repeated it back correctly but then tried to make me pay for a completely different order. I repeated my order at the window and had them repeat it back to me. They still managed to get it wrong despite how many times I had to repeat myself. I asked for curly fries and got regular. On top of service being terrible, the food was stale and ice cold. What a waste of my time and money. Jocelin was very unprofessional and rude. Never again

SLOWEST PLACE EVER. 3 people working, and they couldn't keep up with the next to non-existent drive thru line and the uber, door dash, and online orders. Went to pick up a dash, and it took over 30 minutes. Ordered my own meal and ate in the time my customer put in their order, I drove to collect it and when the order completed. This seems to be a reoccurring issue for a lot of Tulsans. We expect Jack In the Box to be a fast food place, especially at night!

I ordered two jumbo jack hamburgers with no tomatoes or lettuce. That was the only thing they got right. I ordered xtra pickles and xtra onions. There were barely any on the sandwiches. Those burgers come with mayo, ketchup and butter, none of which were on either burger. Epic fail Jack, I won't be back.
The food is fine, but it takes over 20 minutes to get it. Then the order is wrong and it takes another 15 minutes to fix it. I just wanted no mayo because my brother is allergic. Is had mayo anyway, glad I checked before leaving. If you want Jack in the box, drive to a different location unless you want to wait in the cold for 40 minutes to get the correct order

Used the mobile app, placed order for $51.00, drove through the drive up, waited behind 3 cars, got to the window and was told to drive around front and park, an employee finally brought out my order, said she had to go back for the shake, after 10-15 minutes, I got out and walked up to the window, same employee brings out an order for a couple that had ordered at the window, then looks at me and says, "Can I help you?" I said I was waiting for my shake and ranch sauce, and she says, "Oh yeah! But you don't need to be upset..." I said my food was getting cold, still had to stand there in the cold for 5 minutes, and finally received my items...the employee was the manager...my food was cold...
