I don't understand why they make you pull around to a parking spot for them to bring your order out. Especially when there is no one else in line. It doesn't really cut down on customer wait time, it just stops the clock at the drive-thru window. This is stupid in my opinion as so many places are doing this now.

Everytime i come here for some reason they take like 15 min to make my order (the times ive been here theres only 1-2 people in front of me) This time i ordered to doordash and didnt recieve a bag (how it should be done.) no condiments (which i asked for.) they overfilled my drink (which ended up spilling everywhere.) & food was cold. Any other jack in the box location is better. Do NOT come here.

There was no one else in the drive thru and they got our order wrong. I went and parked because they forgot one item and gave us the wrong item for another and it took about 5 minutes to acknowledge I was standing at the window. They didn't even apologize, just snatched my receipt out of my hands and shoved the correct food through the window. We won't be back to that location on E 11th in Tulsa.

I literally waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up an app order. 15 minutes in I made it to the drive through speaker system I told them that I ordered 20 minutes before and was concerned it would be cold. They assured me not. They lied.

Been a customer of Jack-In-The-Box since 1964. Never again.
