So the building is kinda plain but dont let that fool you. the food is a hit! absolutely delicious.tey gave been my go to place for a while now. after moving to the area. i had to try several restaurants to find one that i vould love and this is the one. I have never gone inside though. the druve theough is for me. do be aware though, there might be a wait.

I think this restaurant has two chefs or something because the food taste judging by deliciousness is all over the place. First time I went to eat here the food tasted bland and looked like it came out of a basement. 2nd time I went back to give it another chance and the food came out hot and had good flavors. Consistency matters but here I'm not so sure.

Sesame chicken was perfect, loved the fries rice! Everything was fresh & hot. Egg roll wasn't my favorite but the meal was excellent & worth the money! Lady in drive thru was very nice also. Thank you! ☺️ Wish this place was open more often tho. Has been closed a few times I wanted to order from there.

It must be inflation but the portion has gotten small. Their lo mien noodles became spaghetti noodles and I'm just not digging it. 3 stars because its made to order. So fresh. Not food that has been sitting there all day. I still go here because quality over quantity any day. Just know that if you order from drive thru, itd going to be a 5 min wait.

Love this place! Authentic and great food. I can't beleive i drove by it so many times, I will definitely eat here more often. Much better than panda express and other take out places. Great portion sizes and appetizer options. Less expensive at lunch time 😋💜

Their food is immaculate. It's pricy, but take the leap of faith, and trust that its worth it because it very much is. It's kind of slow, but like with price, it's worth the wait.

I am so blessed to have Jacky Chen Express close by. In 2019 when we purchased our home, we made sure to pick a house close to Jacky. I love their Mongolian Beef. It is a perfect combo of beef and onions in the best sauce. The honey chicken is not on the menu but be sure to ask for it. You will never order sweet and sour chicken again. From anywhere. You'll just wait until you can have Jacky Chen again. It's that good. Surprisingly they have an order of 5 chicken wings that'll rival any in town. I get the garlic. Lastly they have the BEST EGG DROP SOUP I have ever had. Nicest people ever and their computer system saves your orders so they know who you are and what you want as soon as you call. So call em. But not on Sunday.
