It was my first time trying this place. I liked my smoothie mango-a-go-go. The Girl at the counter was really nice. They have varieties of smoothies. I really liked it. It didn't take much time for them to my smoothie and a bowl for my friend. I would recommend this place.

I really love Jamba Juice but the staff at this location doesn't really provide good customer service. The manager/owner (I don't know what his role is, I just see him at multiple locations) isn't very friendly. I walked in there today at 9:30 am and he screams at me “We don't open till 10!†(If you don't open till 10 why is your door unlocked?) And then realizes he rudely screamed and goes “no no hun what can I get you?†Told him id just come back at 10 and he goes “you sure hun?†No not really. Needless to say, I won't be going back at 10...or probably ever.

We came across town to get a smoothie and a wheatgrass shot, the girls working where nice and friendly. We got our smoothies and then ordered the shots, it took her a little bit to get them out. But when she hands them to me I simply ask if those were a 2oz shot? (That's what we paid for) she replied yes! After I look at her and say well aren't these 2oz cups? She replied no but the shot is 2oz. So I just decided to take them and drink them, after I reassured myself as for on the bottom on the cup she put them in has a big 2oz on the bottom of it. Just disappointed that I was politely telling her those where 2oz cups but she insisted, I was over charged and disappointed in the customer service.

Very nice lady working the other day though she said her normal store is on memorial. But she was super friendly and helpful.
The gentleman that worked today had a not so good attitude he was puffing and huffing away when he made my order. I wanted a green juice he said that all the juices were coming out spoiled so then I asked for a pitaya bowl and he also said there were out and I seen a lady walk out with two bowls so he got an attitude at the end I got a green smoothie and chunky strawberry bowl that were good. I wish my experience was better.

Came in on August 20 around 2pm, the two working there were amazing! They were so kind and helpful with my picky little guy who is also quite shy. They tried so hard to make him happy, really impressed. Will be coming back
