We love the acai berry boost smoothie and get it almost every time we come to Tulsa cause this is the only Jamba Juice in the area but service is always very slow. Wait time for a smoothie can easily be up to 20 minutes. Please hire employees.

Smart idea to combine Auntie Anne's pretzels. I miss the sourdough asiago pretzel. Smoothies are always good here...but the pretzels are always inconsistent...today I got this original pretzel. We need alittle help learning how to make them. And they were a little burnt on the bottom.

Visited the Jamba Juice today for a quick stop and left satisfied! The customer service was on point, with the employees being personable and happy to help! The pretzels came out quickly (and fresh!) and my smoothie was absolutely delicious! Will be back.

been waiting on the drive through with a car that was already here before i pulled up waiting on order. no one else here but two cars in the drive through. why does it take 20-30 minutes to receive our food? this is the 3rd time i’ve encountered this at this location.

, Thursday, June 5th, at approximately 2:00 PM. The individual managing orders had a disrespectful and unprofessional demeanor, attempting to be humorous in a way that was inappropriate. I believe this person would be better suited to a role that minimizes interaction with customers, such as preparing beverages in the background. The girl needs to take her role serious and stop the aggressive tone.

Ive been craving a soft pretzel and noticed the other day that this Jamba Juice recently started selling them. My daughter has never had one so I thought it would be a nice treat. Juice for her and my wife, pretzel to share.
I took a bite of the pretzel and it was hot, while chewing I thought it tasted off. Looked and it was raw. Tried a bite of the smaller thinner side and it was also raw.
The employee was giving me strange looks like she knew or suspected.
There is a very simple fix for this - if your pretzels aren’t ready yet and need time to cook ask the customer to pull around and wait. I would’ve been more than happy to.

I ordered at the drive thru waited 10 mins in line & went I got to the window the cashier had no idea what I had ordered? Poor cashier seems so lost & untrained. I feel this is my experience every time I go to this location
Wait was horrible then the pretzel was burnt and the wait after that was twice as long, could have had a full meal at a restaurant in less time……..

Got in during a “busy” time. They were “swamped” and could not take my order for over 10 minutes. They were just running around like chickens without their heads. More people came in after me and asked why it’s taking so long to even get orders taken and was answered with “we are busy”. So we all just walked out.

Sometimes it's good. Sometimes it's like today when the peanut butter banana smoothie was like drinking a glass of 2 percent milk. So thin. It's the only smoothie I get. The whey one is not that much thinner than the soy one. But that's the reason I got. Oh well. I just took it because wtf else am I supposed to do.

My family and I don't often go out for smoothies since we do then at home but since we are moving homes. I have a history with Jamba Juice, always saying that it was better than most places ,well the team that was friendly yet they didn't show 100% customer service. Never been into that specific building before yet they treated us like they've seen us on a regular.The smoothie I got was mega mango which is what I always get but at the bottom was chunks of fruit. Note that means whoever made my drink seen the chunks of fruit before they poured the rest of the smoothie out into my cup. The other drink was mango-a-go-go that one was also left with chunks at the bottom. I would've appreciated some type of quality control or something cause no way I would come back to Jamba Juice since I can make it at home but better.
