I had the best welcoming experience at this restaurant, I was gratefully greeted by 2 employees, Tara and Juan Pablo. I was confused at the menu and Juan Pablo gave me his personal recommendations on what to order, the spicy sicilian and lets just say he didn’t disappoint, I felt very appreciated and cared for. Loving environment this place really cares for its customers. Juan Pablo is the greatest employee point blank.
Customer Service is amazing and the food is delicious. I love Jason’s Deli and I will refer my friends and colleagues. Thank you for being amazing.
Food came out fast and was great as always. I really enjoy coming here.
Jason's Deli sandwich trays are to die for but it's their customer service that is exceptional. Hats off to management for hiring really good people. Y'all do a great job!
February 27, 2025...Absolutely excellent management and servers. Ordered half pastrami sandwich and soup. The broccoli cheese soup was the 💣But, the meat was tough and fatty, took it back and the manager made me a new WHOLE sandwich of my choice (pastrami) with more chips! Delicious and always the salad bar was scrumptious! 5⭐️
Staff was rude, and rushed me. I told the gentleman it was my first time ever at a Jason's Deli and he scoffed then the other lady who wanted me to order or get out of line to "continue" thinking , yeah no worries, you rushed us and kicked us out we will not return. Must not have fit the esthetic.

Fresh crisp salad bar, good soups and tasty sandwiches. Jason's Deli is a chain that does most things right. You'll almost always get a good meal here.

Go to the Bixby location...it seems to be cleaner and better serviced. This one gave a poor first impression. It's dirty. Silverware looked dirty. Food doesn't look or taste as nice or good as at Bixby. The sandwich was so "wet greasy", it fell apart and caved in, and the meat and spinach fell kept falling out onto the table and floor. The server brought all of our party's food to the middle of the table and put all plates down there, which felt odd. Some orders were wrong. They were out of unsweeet tea, thus I paid for a drink I couldn't have. They weren't making more tea because it was 50m till closing. The choices of all other drinks is pop and lemonade and all are too sweet for me, and all the other teas are extremely sweet, so the store should just close for the day if they're going to sell unsweet tea but not provide it just bc it's 50m till close. There were 2 sips of unsweet tea that came out of unsweet urn, and that tea did not taste good, anyway, bc that was old. I never got my side order and the chips were not what I'd ordered, so a poor first impression. The server had a handful of dirty looking silverware that was plopped onto the middle of the bare table that was not clean when we sat down. I felt disgusted by our first time visit to that location. Our party didn't matter to that location, since we came in within the final hour of the day. The parking lot is old and hard to see the parking lines in the dark, so even that was a first bad impression. Shame on the owners who rent out those shops to have such a crummy parking lot for the businesses and patrons. The overall experience was poor and I will not return to a Jason's Deli. I went to the Bixby location twice and liked that one, but this 61st street location *just canceled all Jason's for me*. I left hungry and thirsty, but at least the overly saturated sandwhich oil helped with the newly cold weather dry skin of my hands, tho' it gave me a gag me feeling and a nauseous tummy trying to eat it. We spent $70 for about nothing. Thank you, but no thank you. Not again.
