So Wednesday is supposed to be if you order a sandwich you get the chip and the drink. My husband goes in orders a lg sandwich and a chip and a drink. He was charged for all. So I call back and I ask about it? Kid ( male) said you have to say a phrase in order to get the drink and the chips. That is ridiculous. Never have we had to say anything. Also he asked for extra mayo he got just a dap. When I called back kid was not caring at all. Last time there. My husband is having treatment so we have to be over here 45 days. He loves jersey Mike's but since the kid don't care I guess neither do we! Its all about customer service

Ordered the big chicken kahuna not so great one half had an obscene amount of jalepeno while the other half barely had any. Same for the mushrooms not evenly distributed.

This was my very first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, and I decided to go big with the roast beef and provolone 12-inch sub — Mike’s Way, of course! I had it loaded with everything: jalapeños, banana peppers, tomatoes, pickles, oil, vinegar, and spices.
The flavor was absolutely amazing — fresh-sliced meat, soft bread, and the perfect balance of spice and tang. You can tell they care about quality and freshness with every bite. I’ve had plenty of subs before, but this one definitely stands out as one of the best.
If you’ve never been to Jersey Mike’s, do yourself a favor and try one Mike’s Way. You won’t be disappointed!

Food was great. Workers were working hard, but they were fighting a losing battle against online orders. They couldn’t serve the endless line of people in store because of the UNGODLY amount of online orders. DoorDash and online orders ARE KILLING THE FOOD BUSINESS. not one person in that building was happy and it was palpable.
I guess we all have to start ordering online. Stand in line for ten minutes for the second time in a week at this location with zero communication because everyone is so focused on online orders. It's a shame what has happened to this industry.

The only thing I can say and always recommend is Get it Mikes Way!!!! Always fresh, always great and even though they are trying to replace Danny with Eli in the commercials they will still get my business. My go to sub location in Tulsa Hills always!!!!
