Food was great, I really liked it quite a bit. Service was great except the lady putting the veggies and sauce had a bad attitude about having to walk six feet to get Ranch and Chipotle Mayo.

The sandwich was good. I was overcharged. Went the next week and ordered the same sandwich and paid almost $5 less.
Visited this restaurant today although food was good. The dark hair lady on duty had a serious attitude problem. Poor customer service....RUDE is an understatement. I will NEVER spent my money with this restaurant again.

Walked into Jersey Mike's @ 8:50 PM, 10 minutes before closing. One of the Gentlemen working said no problem when we said we'd be quick at ordering Togo meals. There were 5 of us ordering Togo meals. One employee that was making sandwiches took the bread out of their warmer that they had left for the evening and laid the three pieces of bread on the table and pointed at the bread sarcastically and said that's all the bread we have left through his hands up and walked off and said just so you know. We didn't order anything and just walked out. Great customer service. Probably won't be back

The sandwiches are always great! That's what keeps me coming back. The drink situation is severely lacking. The fountain drink i selected did not disburse properly. I switched to tea and walked out. When I got to my car, I took a drink and had to throw it away. It tasted like diet chemical flavor. I still have an after taste in my mouth from one sip.
Get the sandwich, skip the drink.
