It was very busy. I got the grilled chicken and pepper jack and my family got the cheese steak with banana peppers. We waited a bit because they make the food fresh. The inside is not very big with a crowd of hungry people waiting on food so we ate outside at the tables. The food is pretty good and the people are nice.

This location has been great up until the last 2 months. Service at this location is soooo lacking now! I placed an online order in which I showed up 20 minutes later to pick up. After arriving, it took someone 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was standing there to pick up an online order. After which they tell me it's not ready yet. I told them it had been 20 minutes, and the person was surprised. They then closed up the bag with a sticker and handed it to me. I said, there should be 2 sandwiches. He then said, Oh OK, hold on we are working on the last sandwich. They had 6 people working there and blamed it on a lunch-time rush. That's EVERY DAY! Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed and needs to fix it. I will be moving my business to 91st and Sheridan! So frustrating!!! Two visits in a row!!!
So Jersey Mike's was recommended to us and when we first heard about it we're like okay just another sandwich shop you know. But let me tell you their sandwiches are immaculate better than Subway it's something about the bread!!!! I got the mikes philly!!! Wish there was one in bville!!

This location has always been good, recently I came in to purchase a regular sub and provided my coupon for free chips and a drink after being rung up for my sandwich, I do understand it was my mistake but the cashier was rather rude and wouldn’t honor the card. I don’t really prefer to visit this location anymore
