I stopped by Jersey Mike’s and ordered one Philly cheesesteak. It took about 23 minutes just to get my food, which felt really slow for a single sandwich. The food was fine, but the wait time definitely needs improvement.

I tried Jersey Mikes today for the first time, after driving past in curiosity for years. I should have caved years ago, frankly. I am a sucker for a good Italian Sub. I fell in love at Subway years ago, and realized that the first I tried, was definitely NOT the best out there. I have tried many sub shops. I highly recommend Jersey Mikes! Their combination of meats is awesome. The fact that they slice it right there in front of you, is pretty cool. Something I have not witnessed before, myself at least. The size of the regular was plenty for one serving, and I am a big man…320 #’s if I am lying and flattering myself 😉

The customer service was on point. The guy who took my order was super nice, and great at the small talk game. I thought maybe slicing the meat right there would hinder my experience, but the guy nimbly maneuvered my introvert behaviors well! The others that helped down the line too were super friendly, helpful (I had no idea what “Mikes way” was), and didn’t push anything beyond a general upsell.

The location was clean, appealing, and the lobby size was deceptively large! I would not have minded eating in, which is something I cannot say about a lot of the competition. Overall impression, I definitely recommend if you have not tried it, or if you like a nice an varied Italian. I wont say it’s the BEST sub I have had, but it was great! I will definitely be back.

Ordered DoorDash because I am moving today.

A $10.00 drink. Didn’t even come full. Cheated me $2.00 worth of drink.

But the drink itself is delicious tho.

Waited almost an hour for my online order only for it to get taken by another customer, the fact that it was taken by another customer wasn’t their fault but taking an hour was. People were leaving that came in after me, ended up getting my money back after they said they’d have to call someone because no one knew how to do it. Definitely won’t go back, and if you’re looking for a job probably go elsewhere, it looks like they have a management and training issue.

The best service of ANY Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. I even saw one of the employees walk a VERY elderly lady and her order out to her vehicle and made sure she didn’t fall.

I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app to be delivered through the Jersey Mikes app . Erica who said she was the store manager called me and said they forgot to put one of my sandwiches in the bag. She then asked if I wanted to come pick up the forgotten sandwich. I ordered delivery not pickup. When my wife called to find out if they were going to deliver the sandwich, Erica told her there was nothing she could do about it. That we needed to call the 3rd party delivery service. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife. I never got my sandwich or a refund. I will never go back here again. I visited this store at least once a week for the past 4 years. I would love for an actual manager to contact me.

Phillip was very helpful and Caitlin as well!! They were quick, gave great service! Phillip managed the place well and was very helpful in using my coupon, also respectful and caring; knowledgeable about my gluten allergy and issues. They all were quick, friendly and deserve raises !! Awesome and so helpful, also with using in my birthday/rewards!
