I get sometimes people are new or something but my sandwich was a number 8 and I didn't even get the bacon or half of the meat I ordered on my sandwich I have worked for Jersey mikes and was craving a sandwich from here so bad but this time around eating from this location was not it .

Jersey Mike's is always great! Definitely a sub above! I always appreciate the freshness of the items used. Their app is great and easy to use, loyalty points accumulate quickly, etc. I've been in several locations and seek them out when I travel. Every location is clean and welcoming. I've NEVER had a problem.

First time at this Jersey Mike's this evening. My husband and I walked in and we were greeted immediately. They weren't busy thankfully since we were in a hurry. We had a promotional coupon for this location and decided we'd give it a go. The service was awesome. Place was clean. They made our sandwiches pretty fast. And im telling you the sandwiches we got tonight were freaking delicious!! We both devoured our sandwiches. We will be coming back!!

Wonderful customer service. The two ladies working were so kind. Clean establishment and delicious sandwhiches. The rosemary parmesian bread was very tastey. Thank you.
I love jersey mikes and recently moved to Tulsa, unfortunately I’ll have to find a different location to visit as the staff here is extremely rude. My order was wrong and I was told I ordered wrong when I asked if it could fixed and then got argued with when I said I didn’t think I had but I wasn’t sure (I’m sure I ordered correctly I was trying to be nice). The staff seem to be unhappy that I am patronizing their restaurant.

Service with a smile- always look forward to lunch at this location. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and my food is always delicious. They ask if your preference (like gluten free, etc) is allergy related or preference which can be VERY important in some cases. I recently discovered they have salads AND wraps so today I ordered my very first wrap (Italian on tomato basil wrap)… HIGHLY recommend!! My new favorite!

I came in wanting a grilled hot sandwich from Jersey mikes and when it was my turn in line they proceeded to say they had the grill off already and were refusing to make any hot subs at all which led to a line of people to leave ? sad to say I will not be back at this location again.
