I'm in the hospital and door dashed Jersey Mike's, Keegan picked up the phone and helped me out by doing a little extra for my order. The door dash driver dropped it off in the wrong spot but when I finally got my food my mood totally changed! I want to say thank you to Keegan, Ozzi, Lynn and Lexi for the extra gifts and notes you guys gave me! By far my best experience with this company and I eat here A LOT.

Be prepared to wait for mobile orders. I made a mobile order at 12:28 pm for three sandwiches and they weren't ready until 1:20 pm, almost an hour later. It would have been faster if I had waited to order in person because there were 4 people who came in after I arrived who left with their sandwiches before me. There were 3 employees who were fast and efficient, the 4th employee was slow and overwelmed. For whatever reason, he was the primary on to go orders and got completely backed up. I don't know why one of the others didn't takeover at least until they got caught up.

Completed an online order 40 minutes prior to pick up and the staff never even started in it and only saw one other customer in the store with 3 employees working. After waiting 10 minutes they still never started on my order and decided to get my money back.

Fantasic food and exceptional customer service!!! Jersey Mike's is always solid but this specific location really stands out. The sandwiches are exactly what you expect - hearty, fresh and delicious, but the service here is on another level. The GM, Alison, was super hands on and made sure that every cuatomer felt like taken care of as the rush came in. You could tell the whole crew had a great energy and vibe and that's a reflextion of great leadership. Definitely worth checking out for your next lunch or quick bite for a great experience.

I’ve never waited so long for an overpriced sandwich in my life. When they finally gave me my order it was the wrong sandwich. When we went to sit down the roof started leaking on us.
