There was no other customers when I arrived. Waited about 7 minutes for someone to take my order. Another 5 minutes to pay. I love Jersey Mike's but this location has plummeted in likability. The tables were all dirty. The employees acted as if it was their second day on the job. The freaking energy was depressing and not what one would expect from Jersey Mike's.

Carlos and another young lady were extremely polite and patient when dealing with my family. My son had never been to Jersey Mike's and was new to ordering food. The young lady (Kayla or Chantal) was understanding and helped my son to decide what he wanted on his sub. The other lady was very understanding about gluten alergy concerns and made sure to avoid cross contamination issues. Later while eating Carlos was interacting with my young children in a very kind way. Then when my son spilled his drink, Carlos was understanding and assured us they would clean it and for us not to worry about it. Over all, all the employees were nice, but Carlos was over the top with a great personality and customer service.

Just stopped in on 5/24/25 and Daniel, Mathew, and Carlos were working. I truly hope this review makes it back to Corporate or whoever has the authority to give these guys a raise! Each one of them truly deserve it with the experience they provided. I am from Arkansas and had visited this Jersey Mines a year ago as a first time trying it. Since that experience I have been to different locations at least 20 times since. As they are all good this locations has been the absolute top! The service is outstanding and the food is for some reason the best at this location. 100/10 recommend this location. And Corporate if you’re reading this GIVE DANIEL HIS OWN LOCATION!!

Recognizing it was straight up Noon, busy time, I get it. 4 people in front of me, 6 behind me. Lady two places in front orders, tells the employee she has food allergies. The worker shuts down the food line, proceeds to thoroughly spray down and clean the meat slicer. He methodically cleaned it, took 7 minutes. Never mind the lady with the food allergies, I have so much one could say about that. Jersey Mike's, you have to have a backup plan...a clean meat slicer off to the side or in the back. You cannot shut down the line for this. From the time I walked in, placed my order, paid for it, 25 minutes. Unacceptable!

Sandwich was as good as they’ve always been but my friend and I were delighted to watch what we assumed was a new hire make our sandwich as he learned. Everyone there was nice and made us feel like we were at home and not just restaurant. All and all a great time with a great sandwich
