The white red haired lady had such a bad attitude. I had a question about the sandwich and she was so pissed off, chewing her gum and acting real annoyed that I asked what does the sandwich have in.

Food is good, prices are a bit steep ($20+ per person after tax), and it's certainly not "freaky fast" - delivery time is around 50 minutes. Big drop in quality/efficiency over the last few years, unfortunately.

Poorly laid out bread leading to poorly baked bread (crunchy, uneven loaves), simple order modifications like cutting the sandwich in half rarely fulfilled, swapping in cookies for unrelated items they don't have like pickles, missing side cups of ranch, sometimes hour-long delivery times for a location under one mile away... the only thing this Jimmy John's is consistent with is its inconsistency.

I sympathize that the store is likely operating with a skeleton crew and/or on thin margins; and that Inspire Brands continues to add menu items and order prep complexity (most recently toasted subs) that puts even more pressure on a small store, but I think my orders have been correct 10% or less of the many times I've ordered. The sort of "Mystery Box" order experience this store so often offers would almost be amusing if it didn't happen on a regular basis.

At a certain point, ordering from this JJ is not unlike being in a toxic relationship. The correct order here and there gives you just enough hope to believe, "It's not so bad; they've changed. I could go for some Jimmy John's."

Called to see why my order has spent an hour sitting at the store. Jimmy John’s advertising says “Freaky Fast”. Well the lady said that it’s lunchtime And hung up on me. I ordered my sandwich before the lunch rush and according to google they aren’t even busy. So I don’t know how Google calculates that. Only really upset with the way, the lady talked to me and hung up on me. I got my order in an hour and a half later.

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. There's nothing wrong with this place. I got a tuna fish sandwich with potato salad and a drink. It was fine.

Went in the other night to grab a giant sandwich.
Now I LOVE crispy bread but I literally threw away my entire sandwich. I’ve never received bread so hard in my entire life, the fact it was even sold is unfortunate.
Got off after working a long shift and just wanted a sandwich but instead ended up wasting over $20.

My tuna sandwich had tomatoes on it which weren't on the details or I could have asked to remove them and I had to chip half my bread off due to the bun being 2 hard to take a bite of. Not good.

Starting about a year ago, the quality of service at this location and the location on South Yale plummeted (same franchisee), even as most service industry companies improved post-COVID. There was a near complete turnover of staff. Now, they can't keep their employees, and they can't timely make sandwiches. I had to wait two hours for a sandwich once, and had to cancel an order after an hour's wait another time. I see lots of angry customers at lunch. I wonder if there is a new, worse franchisee. Jersey Mikes isn't having this problem. Other places in Tulsa don't have this problem. Jimmy Johns in other places don't have this problem. Add to that, today, they started a 4/20 "Dope Deal" marketing campaign to handle your "munchies" this week, that glamorizes drug use and trivializes the risks of marijuana. Shame on Jimmy Johns.
