Did have some issues with a sandwich last time and the customer service was great with giving me a credit.

Can’t make to order. Can’t troubleshoot. Terrible customer service. Unnecessary hassle and attitude for a *sandwich*.

I walked into this location and was immediately disappointed by the service. The employee responsible for taking orders was sitting down on his phone and had to be told by the lady behind the counter already busy to get up and help me. When he finally came over, he seemed disengaged and uninterested, barely making eye contact and clearly not wanting to be there.

To top it off, when he handed me my sandwich, he said, ā€œThat was really hard to wrap,ā€ as if making my order was a burden. The entire experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Based on this visit I will not be returning.

Walked into the store tonight and stood there for 5-10 minutes without being noticed. The worker had his headphones in and didn’t look up or even hear me talking to him. I even called the store as I was standing in it to see if he’d hear the phone. Almost felt like I was being pranked. Lol. Great customer service because that fooled me! Better luck next time I guess

Slow, bad service, mediocre at best food. Really not worth it when there are so many excellent places to get a sandwich within a block or so.

Regular sandwich. It took them 16 minutes to even let me order and I was the first in line. 2 people behind the counter and neither were rushing. Was not happy as I only had an hour lunch break and wanted to get back fast.

They're not open on Saturdays or Sundays try to get a sandwich and they aren't open at 12.00

Nothing short of the absolute best experience of my life. The service was so amazing and fast, I felt right at home. The food was absolutely incredible at a great price. I loved every last second of being there. It was just really good I can’t get over how much I enjoyed that . I’m so happy that I went there . Turns out happiness does exist ! and it only cost 6$ and 250 calories

The white red haired lady had such a bad attitude. I had a question about the sandwich and she was so pissed off, chewing her gum and acting real annoyed that I asked what does the sandwich have in.

Food is good, prices are a bit steep ($20+ per person after tax), and it's certainly not "freaky fast" - delivery time is around 50 minutes. Big drop in quality/efficiency over the last few years, unfortunately.

Poorly laid out bread leading to poorly baked bread (crunchy, uneven loaves), simple order modifications like cutting the sandwich in half rarely fulfilled, swapping in cookies for unrelated items they don't have like pickles, missing side cups of ranch, sometimes hour-long delivery times for a location under one mile away... the only thing this Jimmy John's is consistent with is its inconsistency.

I sympathize that the store is likely operating with a skeleton crew and/or on thin margins; and that Inspire Brands continues to add menu items and order prep complexity (most recently toasted subs) that puts even more pressure on a small store, but I think my orders have been correct 10% or less of the many times I've ordered. The sort of "Mystery Box" order experience this store so often offers would almost be amusing if it didn't happen on a regular basis.

At a certain point, ordering from this JJ is not unlike being in a toxic relationship. The correct order here and there gives you just enough hope to believe, "It's not so bad; they've changed. I could go for some Jimmy John's."

Called to see why my order has spent an hour sitting at the store. Jimmy John’s advertising says ā€œFreaky Fastā€. Well the lady said that it’s lunchtime And hung up on me. I ordered my sandwich before the lunch rush and according to google they aren’t even busy. So I don’t know how Google calculates that. Only really upset with the way, the lady talked to me and hung up on me. I got my order in an hour and a half later.
