The slogan should be changed from freaky fast to HORRENDOUSLY SLOW. Seriously though what has happened to their quality of service these last few years.

If you want lazy service, and your sandwich made incorrectly than what you requested then sure I guess great place to go to. The employees seemed like they didn't want to be there and they made both of the sandwiches my husband ordered incorrectly, which then gave me an allergic reaction. Thanks for that!Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to avocados and they put guac on my sandwich even though they were asked not too. My husband is allergic to tomatos and they put tomatoes on his sandwich so that's $50 we can't eat. After I had an allergic reaction because I didn't know they put guac.

I have ordered from this store 3 times now and never gotten my order in less than an hour. The first time it never showed because they didn't have a driver. But I had to call to find that out. The second time it came after an hour. And today it has been out for delivery for 30 minutes. I live 2 minutes from the store!! What is happening?? I guess I've learned my lesson and won't order from here anymore.

Jimmy John's is being the worst neighbor ever. When they moved in, they tore the fence down that I had up, with the understanding that they were putting up a newer better fence. We have dealt with problems with this fence for years now, and Madison, their regional manager, informed me last night that they would not be helping me at all with the problems I'm having with their fence.I am a 65-year-old retiree with a heart condition and COPD that has lived in the house we own for 30 years. I'm on a fixed income and they have basically told me that I'm on my own dealing with a fence day installed on their property. If this is how they treat their neighbors and their property maintenance, what do you think they're doing with your food?

So dang slow, which sorta defeats the point of going to Jimmy John’s, but if you have time to wait, go for it.

I ordered a mini turkey sandwich with bacon & they forgot the bacon(called location was given a $10 credit). Looking at the receipt the cashier forgot to add it on he was young. The bread was a bit hard. The next go round bread was much better. Disappointed that they don't have hot sandwiches. But the sandwiche was good.

Let me just say, I have had numerous great experiences in store.Today, however, was a very different story.I ordered on the app for delivery “ASAP” at 11:29 AM.I pre-selected a 20% tip and paid a $2.99 delivery fee.I called at noon to ask what was going on and was told they had had about 4 orders come in and that mine would arrive “soon.”My order was not marked as Out for Delivery until 12:03 PM. Not what I would call Freaky Fast, but it’s New Years and I know it’s probably busy.I live a 6 minute drive away from this JJ’s location if don’t a straight shot from here to there.I called twice at 12:30 PM and 12:32 PM to ask for another update and no one picked up either time.I got a call at 12:36 PM from the delivery driver asking which house mine was, offering an incorrect house number and stating that “none of these houses had numbers on them.” I told her our correct house number, as included in the order, and told her that our house was numbered both on the curb and on our home. She asked 4 more clarifying questions about the color of our house and our vehicles, and then dropped part of our order off.My sandwich is soggy. I am missing a drink. And my entire bag /order / food smells like cigarette smoke. And was expected far before 12:36 PM - as the hallmark of JJ’s is “Freaky Fast.”I called JJ’s at 12:40 PM and spoke to someone about my concerns. He said I could come in another time for a “replacement” and I asked about specifics regarding what I would be receiving a replacement for. He wasn’t sure. I then got a call at 12:41 PM from my delivery driver offering to come back to my home to deliver my drink. I told her not to worry about it because we have bigger problems at this point seeing that I waited over an hour for a soggy, smelly order. This is so far beyond unacceptable.

Haven’t been to jimmy’s in a while. Decided to have a family luncheon here. The new wraps were delicious very light but filling. Also tried the new pesto pasta salad it was my favorite item I enjoyed. Did you know they sold slices of deli meat my three year old just likes

They forgot one of our sandwiches in the bag when they delivered. After calling they delivered the missing sandwich in just a few minutes with a “sorry” note and extra goodies (brownies/cookies).

I have ordered from the downtown location and had no issues. I called in to order a 18 piece of sandwiches and previously I was told that just takes a few minutes to make and ordered about an hr before I picked it up. I was actually being nice and called the day ahead of time, and the man was very sure to tell me that dayshift is who usually takes pick up and catering orders and in the future I need to call during the day...or you all could be trained to do the job, don't make Jimmy John's issues the customers issue. It's unprofessionally and tacky. A better way to handle it would've just been to ask your manager to train you on taking catering/pick up orders the next day with a rationale. I don't sit around, thinking about who has been trained to take orders or not Jimmy John's so I'm sorry. If you guys are open, then whoever is there should be able to take orders anytime or any sort, shouldn't matter what time of day I call.

Google and Apple Maps says hours of operation until 12am. After driving 15 minutes to get there, employees tell me they closed at 10pm. Management dropped the ball on that one. Post the correct hours.

They forgot about our order and we had to wait a long time. People that ordered way after us had already gotten their food.
