By far the worst Jimmy John's in Tulsa. First time I ordered the driver never brought any change. Zero. She wanted to take my money as a tip. I was willing to give her a few bucks but not $10. The food was late anyway. And I called the manager. He didn't care. Never got my food. Next time I ordered they said they didn't have a delivery driver. Understandable. But for days? No. That's crazy. But whatever. Last time I ordered I wanted double meat. They charged me for it but never got a refund and also again the manager didn't care. I personally won't order from here again. Which is sad because they're closest to my house. What a shame.

I think their “freaky fast” is broken half the time! Walked out after a 10 minute wait before ever giving them my order. 2 employees. One of the two worked at a snails pace! One person eating and 4 waiting when I got there. Two in drive thru.
It’s sad because their food is good but this location (1524) is “Sadly Slow”

Placed an order ahead and went through the drive thru. It was slow, but they were accommodating in a quick change I needed to make to my order (switching chip flavors). My order was correct and tasted good. It was my first time trying the kickin' ranch and it was made in-house. It was buttermilk-based and not vinegar-based, so it was delicious.

This place is a joke! It looks like there are 2 people working at lunch time. It takes way too long for someone to answer the drive through. When I pull to the window after about 5 minutes they say the drive thru is closed. There are no signs, no warnings. I ask can you take my order now? Nope. He says I need to come in. Crazy!
Thank you so much to Amber for the lovely service! She was a breath of fresh air after a frustrating day at work. The food was quick, correct, and she provided help with the menu.

Very disrespectful and flies flying on the food as everything is left while they count money to change shift. Very gross and won't be back. I asked the guy at 4pm today how long you worked here and he said 3 years. You can tell why they have 3.6 rating :(
Jimmy John's used to be freaky fast..
This place is super slow and needs to work on getting some more staff especially during lunchtime. Waiting over 20 mins for fast food dine-in. No bueno.

Restaurantji Recommends
This location takes anywhere from 45 minutes to a hour to complete deliveries a mile away and constantly forget drinks and sides and say they can’t refund them and that you can have store credit but they never apply it. Go somewhere else

Daniel greeted me when walking in and out. Very respectful and polite, dude acts like he’s been in service for 30 years and knows how to talk to people which is hard to find nowadays.

Dirty store. No one answered headset so I pulled up to window and was ignored. Came inside and people are waiting for food. Man was on his phone texting as I was telling him I was here to pickup a drive thru order.

They are messy and poor hygiene. Foods eh and they are slow. And afternoon managers leaves ppl alone all the time.
Burnt hard bread trying toasted roast beef and cheddar. Wilted lettuce on turkey tom. $28 dollars going into trash.
