Don't usually do these but man first my bread was haed ass a rock then I get 2 oatmeal raisin cookies that were even harder. Nothing there is fresh it was they would sell this too people but won't go to any Jimmy John's anymore.

Edit: After 5 days of not receiving a refund (after speaking again with someone the next day), I called customer service. There was no record the refund was ever filed. So now it has to be sent off to someone else and they're going to contact me within 24 hours. This has unfortunately been a very stressful experience over $26. 🙄
Freaky fast delivery... The second to last time I ordered delivery here it took over an hour to receive the food. OK, that's fine it was probably busy. But tonight I ordered and it's been almost an hour and a half. We tried calling multiple times with no answer. There's no way to report issues through the app. Customer Service is only open till 5. We had to drive to the store to ask for a refund. After waiting quite a while, we got to the window and we're unable to get a refund because they had a new employee there alone. I can't imagine the kind of stress he was under and it honestly wasnt his fault. I will not be returning (other than to get a refund) if this is how they treat their employees.

I never used time have a problem ordering delivery from this location. After the last 2 times, I won't do it again. The time before last, I gave them some grace because their delivery driver was late showing up for work. An hour and a half later, they canceled my order and failed to let me know that the driver never showed up for work. Tonight, I placed my.order at 6pm. At 630, I get a call that they don't have a delivery driver and they were canceling my order. It's unfortunate because I love their sandwiches, but I'm done.

Completely forgotten about in the drive thru. Took my order, payment, forgot me. 20 mins later came to the window and asked how they could help me. Didn't remember taking my order at all.... no apologizes just an, "I didn't take their order." THAT WAS THE PERSON THAT TOOK MY ORDER AND PAYMENT....

Ive went here all year long and I pay at the window or go in and pay. So I called to ask about my birthday. Recently got the large gargantuan and club lulu which by its self was like $50. But I always get the club lulu large which comes out to about $20. Yet I NEVER GET REWARDS. SO I'll ice this place and go elsewhere.
This location has really gone down hill recently. The sandwich I had today was literally just bread and lettuce. Over the last several months it's seems like they're getting more stingy with adding meat to the sandwich. I had the turkey Tom and it had 1 piece of turkey... like 1 layer of turkey and about 2 inches of lettuce which I mostly scraped off. Yes I like lettuce. No I don't want a sandwich filled with 90% lettuce. The photo shows what was left in the sandwich after I removed the lettuce... thats right, just bread and mustard mostly.

To be honest...it's not any better than subway...just more expensive and you don't have a choice of bread or if you want it toasted or not. The people weren't very friendly either.
