I ordered sandwiches at 6 o’clock. It is 707 and still don’t have them called the store on 19th and Yale and they said they just had one delivery driver and five stops. he was very nice about it but the fact is I’m still without dinner that I ordered If that’s the case they should tell you this when you order online or call in an order. at this point, I’m ready for a refund because I’ve already had dinner cause I had to wait so long . If they don’t have the drivers they should post so on their website for whatever store needs drivers and that it will be a long delay

Our order took an hour and a half to be delivered.I called at the 45 min mark and was told it would be there soon. After an hour and a half, I went to the store to get the food myself and it was empty- no customers, one employee. The employee told me my food was out being delivered, and by the time I got back home, it had.Not sure what the hold up was, but won’t be ordering again regardless.

The sandwhitches are small and expensive for what you recieve. I was taken back by how small around 1 1/2 inches and that's with a little meat left is and drowned in salad dressing. For the price they should do better.Parking: Not much more of a drive thru or park across the street or on a side street parking.

Sadly, Jimmy John's has gone downhill. It's no longer "Freaky Fast". This specific location thinks its okay to take your money and then make your food with the same gloves on. Doesn't matter whose working, they all seem to do it. It's no for me.

Every single time I have ordered delivery from this location, it’s taken almost a full hour to deliver it a mile away. They don’t even call and inform customers about delays. Today, I ordered delivery again. 30 minutes after my order, I call and ask where it’s at. They just started making it, and will be another 20 minutes to get delivered. Isn’t JJ’s supposed to be freaky fast?Edit: I never received my order. I called an hour after I submitted the order. Guy told me his driver just made it back. He asked the driver where they put my food, and they said they forgot?? I sure hope the tip gets refunded too.

I work near this Jimmy John’s and order for lunch occasionally. EVERY time I have ordered delivery it has taken 30-45 minutes despite being 5 minutes from the store. Always claim to be “short staffed”. If that’s the case, then what awful management. The food here is usually fine and what you would expect from a Jimmy John’s.
