Extremely slow. After waiting 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, I spent another 10 waiting on my sandwich (literally just ham and cheese) and standing on a sticky floor.
Jimmy John's used to be legitimately fast and was generally always clean and friendly. Their quality has cratered in the last few years...

Drive thru head sets break. Understandable. Going back half a dozen times over several months and seeing employees having to go out to the parking lot to explain to drivers that the head sets aren't working is ridiculous. Owners or management is failing their customers and their employees!! Stop being cheap, fix the problem or you will continue to run off customers who don't want to wait 10 minutes if not longer for a sandwich. Freaky slow is the way things are now. Aggravating!!!!!!!!
My overall rating has been same every time I had a coupon for $5.99 sandwich I even called customer service to make sure it would be honored there at the 41st Yale location, there always seems to be issues at this location it is literally up the street from my office and every single time I present it’s ridiculous they don’t mind taking your money however when comes to the store honoring a coupon or anything it goes like this a glitch in our system? Something is not working I ended up not being able to use my coupon paying almost &13.00 for my order beach club along with chips this locations customer service needs help after telling someone I wasn’t not going to pull around and I shouldn’t have to pay what they are asking well I still ended up paying full amount

Stopped by Jimmy John’s and honestly, the service felt pretty lackluster. The workers seemed uninterested, some were sitting around and just kind of going through the motions. The energy was very low, which made the whole visit feel a bit off. The food was fine, but the overall vibe gave the impression that the team didn’t really want to be there. Definitely not the best customer service experience.

Used to come here all the time till the past two times Ive went to the drive thru and no one has taken my order! I waited the first time then after 15 minutes even driving up to the window i couldn’t find anyone but they were open? i went to whataburger instead and they got me fast. The second time the SAME thing happened so i will not be coming to this location it’s ridiculous not everyone has time to go inside.

Consistently (not sure why I keep going back) this Jimmy Johns is so incredibly slow, not freaky fast, service is poor, they leave things out of my order, and the sandwiches are wrong. Today was my last time going. Don’t go unless you want to be disappointed.

Whoever currently owns this place, be aware the portly fellow with red hair refuses to make change for people if they come in with more than a 20 tried to buy sandwiches for all my friends for lunch and it was like $40 so I tried to pay with 100 and he refused to make change.

Haven’t been to Jimmy John’s in over three years and was passing this location and wanted something different, so I stop by, proceeding to order a number one adding onions no tomato and I was feeling pickles today so I asked both gentlemen in the store today can I see or what type of pickles do they have? They both got mad at me because I was asking questions And both gentlemen were very rude & in a Pissy Mood and unhappy to work for the company. This was very bad Experience in store so I leave.
