Haven’t been to Jimmy John’s in over three years and was passing this location and wanted something different, so I stop by, proceeding to order a number one adding onions no tomato and I was feeling pickles today so I asked both gentlemen in the store today can I see or what type of pickles do they have? They both got mad at me because I was asking questions And both gentlemen were very rude & in a Pissy Mood and unhappy to work for the company. This was very bad Experience in store so I leave.

I'll be honest, not the type too complain, but they charged us for adding avocado spread and bacon on a sandwich and a wrap, they forgot too put on, they messed up taking our order so we had too reorder, on top of all that when I got home instead of having a wrap they just made it into a sandwich without saying anything, on top of all of that, they didn't put any meat on any of the sandwiches they gave us 10/10 worst experience I've had anywhere in tulsa 35 dollars for a wrap and a giant sub that was just lettuce cheese and tomatoes bruh

I literally swore. I deleted my old address off of the app. Thankfully, my old address was about five minutes from the store,,, but I had to call and update my address and they were so nice and did not mind delivering it to the quick place. I’m currently at work and could not leave so this is in the lifesaver

There were 3 pieces of lunch meat and 1 tomato the entire sandwich. I love JJ but whoever made the sandwiches today made a very pathetic sandwich.
I waited nicely to place my order then when paying for it they said they cannot take anything larger than a $20 bill when I was going to pay with a $50. I understand that BUT please put a sign out that you guys CANT accept any bills over $20 as told by the manager- especially when the customer waited for 30min in line due to YOU ALL being short staffed.

Ordered through door dash and it took them almost an hour and a half to deliver. First time ever ordering from them and I will never order again. They had one delivery driver for all those orders.

I'm biased. I love Jimmy John's. This location has a lot of staff turnover ( normal, I presume) and yet, I get the same sandwiches and same great service every time. It's a $9 sandwich, fast. I'm in, I'm out. You want an ego stroke, this is not your sandwich!

Food was ”okay”, the guy that took my order acted like he was doing me a favor, and $16 for a veggie wrap w pita chips seems a little pricey. I had quit eating here when I found out that Jimmy John’s favorite pastime was killing endangered species, but wanted to try it one more time. I shouldn’t have.
