Came into the store and it was completely empty of customers, there was one person at the drive thru. I saw three employees, one stocking the store, one at the window, and one on the line just chopping at a piece of bread with a knife and talking into his headset. At first I thought he was taking an order until he started laughing and I realized he was just chatting with someone on the headset. We didn't get attended to for several minutes. The man who took our order pulled out the wrap and bread but didn't make the food for several minutes. We got our order 11 minutes after ordering. Again the store was empty.The bathroom reeks of urine and smells like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks and there is no soap in the dispensers, so who knows if the employees washed their hands before preparing my food.

I placed an online order around 12:15.. My food did not arrive until 2:17. All I ordered was a sandwich. This is happening more and more often at this location— frankly for just a sandwich— taking two hours is ridiculous. Very disappointed.. :/

I ordered a delicious Pepe sub and was NOT disappointed <3 Ingredients tasted fresh and there was the perfect amount of condiment! Friendly staff with a relaxed atmosphere, my favorite is reading the funny signs that are hung all over the place.

This location has gone down hill won't be back any time soon ordered online 20 mins ahead get there they are busy ok understandable but then continue to sit in line for 30 mins missing my entire lunch and getting back to work late just to be even later having to wait on them to make the order I clearly placed ahead of time so thankfully and hour later finally got my food. Not So Freaky Fast Anymore.

Food is always great, but a company whose main point in their advertising is "freaky fast". We literally sat in the drive-through for 25 minutes on 2 sandwiches.I'm not sure if there was only 1 person working, but it was definitely the longest wait I've had in a drive-through. Other the wait (which is why you pick a fast food drive-through if you're in a hurry), the sandwiches were great.

I really wish I could have given both the workers who were slammed a 20$ tip I could one give one the 20 bucks and chose not to because the other couldn't take it because he made to much according to Jimmy John's policy. I think if a worker is working hard they should be able to take a tip thats what they are for not because you make to much . They should change that can't give 1 person a 20 and not the other. Made me feel terrible.

Ordered for delivery I’m 3.5 miles away. Ordered 2 sandwiches 2 drinks 2 chips. Both sandwiches were wrong. 1 wasn’t even the right kind of sandwich. The kicker is that it took an hour after the notification said it was out for delivery. 30 minutes before I got the notification is when I placed the order. 1.5 hrs to go 3.5 miles and to get the wrong food. Only thing that helps is that the guy at the store says he will issue a full refund. Hopefully I can trust that guy.

The place is constantly understaffed and it honestly makes the service terrible. The staff themselves are great. But there has been 3 occasions where I’ve had to wait in line for 30 minutes to order my food.Unfortunately won’t be coming back. I feel bad for the staff they have. Today there were only two employees managing the drive thur and front during the lunch rush.
