Ordered two sides of the pesto pasta salad and both were outdated based on the Use by date sticker of 10/2 - 10/5. Today is 10/6, so to me, that means they made this batch either on the 1st or 2nd. Thanks for the 5/6 day old pasta salad.

Clean friendly store. I had the new Mediterranean wrap and hubby had his favorite turkey and cheese. I did not like the wrap and would not order again. It was soggy and I paid extra for sauces I couldn't taste.
Hubby was very happy with his.
Parking: All front spaces were for curbside orders. We went early not too busy.

Employee was obviously super angry that we showed up half an hour before close and was actively throwing/slamming things. As two female travelers, we did not feel safe eating inside the restaurant. I understand it's frustrating when customers show up before close but I don't think it requires threatening behavior.

Service has really gone down hill here and my deliveries take at least an hour when I’m two miles away.

Starting about a year ago, the quality of service at this location and the location downtown plummeted (same franchisee), even as most service industry companies improved post-COVID. There was a near complete turnover of staff. Now, they can't keep their employees, and they can't timely make sandwiches. I had to wait two hours for a sandwich once, and had to cancel an order after an hour's wait another time. I see lots of angry customers at lunch. I wonder if there is a new, worse franchisee. Jersey Mikes isn't having this problem. Other places in Tulsa don't have this problem. Jimmy Johns in other places don't have this problem. Add to that, today, they started a 4/20 "Dope Deal" marketing campaign to handle your "munchies" this week, that glamorizes drug use and trivializes the risks of marijuana. Shame on Jimmy Johns.

It always takes 15 minutes to get anything here. The second person just disappears after you order and the one person making sandwiches is also answering the phone and managing online orders.

Really good food at a good price, but, at risk of sounding old, it's frickin cold in here and the music is too loud. I could barely hear the guy at the register over the blaring country music and I couldn't finish my meal inside because I was shivering.

Delivery order has taken nearly 2 hours to arrive. As of typing this review it still hasnt arrived. Spoke with the 91st and Yale location and they stated it should only be 15 more minutes. That was 30 minutes ago. This locations delivery used to be great but its gone down the tube.

The staff were courteous, helpful and patient. The gentleman who assisted me with placing my order was knowledgeable. The preparation of our meal was prompt and efficiently done. Our order was perfectly correct. And as you all know, Jimmy John's sandwiches are delicious. I will be going back.
