Really good food at a good price, but, at risk of sounding old, it's frickin cold in here and the music is too loud. I could barely hear the guy at the register over the blaring country music and I couldn't finish my meal inside because I was shivering.

Delivery order has taken nearly 2 hours to arrive. As of typing this review it still hasnt arrived. Spoke with the 91st and Yale location and they stated it should only be 15 more minutes. That was 30 minutes ago. This locations delivery used to be great but its gone down the tube.

The staff were courteous, helpful and patient. The gentleman who assisted me with placing my order was knowledgeable. The preparation of our meal was prompt and efficiently done. Our order was perfectly correct. And as you all know, Jimmy John's sandwiches are delicious. I will be going back.

Other than having to just wait there for a bit when we walked in because the place empty and there was no one there to take our order or make our sandwiches till a fellow walked in after returning from a delivery - sandwiches were great. (Apparently the only other person working was in the restroom)

See i might be biased because I work here but if I can see this place inside and out then I'd say this place is CLEAN! They are real stickers on FRESH! A lot of work is put into this place and because there isn't 1mil things to do then everything is prepped fresh and on time for customers that day! Everyone is nice and with all of this said, I can say I love my job and this company!Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian sandwich as well as the unwich if you don't like bread lol

Service was unfriendly, impatient attitude. No other customers were in line. The Order was prepared incorrect & the bread was very hard. First time at this location. Good portion of meat/cheese, Chips were good.

Ordered a #11 and ordered a #9, both were very delicious,generous portions of meat and veggie, sauce was good and not overly saturated. Staff members was decent and polite,didn’t get her name but she was the one with a nose ring and a feather tattoo.Would definitely recommend this location for all your sub needs!Vegetarian options: Can get meat free sandwiches with the build your own optionKid-friendliness: Lots of options for kids like a pickle,cookie or chips for a side.Parking: Good amount of parkingDietary restrictions: Plenty of variety and can build your own sandwich for precise preferences

I ordered lunch today. When I arrived for curbside The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. We asked our bread be cut in half and it wasn’t. Our bread was hard and I didn’t even eat half of my sandwich due to it being hard. Of all the JJs this is BY FAR the WORST location

The 91st and yale workers are so rude . Rolling their eyes when we order. We even did curbside ordering and they don’t make it so we go in for it and they are mad at us for ordering .
