Wow, I've potentially been to JJ over 500 times in the past 20 years and I have never had such inept service. Walked in and ordered with cashier who was not groomed and was visibly stoned. Took 17 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and there was 1 order in front of us. Review footage at 7pm to 717. When we got the order is was wrong... but didn't have another 15 minutes to have them remake it.

It’s good for what it is, nothing crazy fancy but worth it in a pinch when you have family in the hospital next door. Very friendly guy behind the counter when we visited.

I had a horrible experience. The big guy with the bleached hair that was making the sandwiches literally called me an idiot bc I pointed out that it was his fault he made the sandwich wrong. He was trying to blame it on the lady that took my order. He was very rude to his fellow workers too. Unbelievable experience. I will never go back. 61st and Yale shops at Warren place.

0 star Jimmy Johns. Tried to serve my kid nasty brown lettuce and then got a shitty attitude with me when I asked them to remake it saying that all the lettuce looks like that and “I mean I guess I could look for lettuce that’s not brown”
The guy at the front desk was a real peach when we were ordering. Like we were inconveniencing him. Never been to a worse establishment.

Wildly understaffed. Needs new management.Everytime I place an order online I wait a good 15 minutes before walking over and every single time it's not ready.Right now one worker taking orders and no one is making sandwiches, just creating a longer and longer backlog for people waiting.
