Wildly understaffed. Needs new management.Everytime I place an order online I wait a good 15 minutes before walking over and every single time it's not ready.Right now one worker taking orders and no one is making sandwiches, just creating a longer and longer backlog for people waiting.

I ordered a sandwich delivered from this Jimmy John’s waited more than thirty minutes then called the store and the employee told me he didn’t have a driver and didn’t know if he would show up at all. I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money he assured me he would. Waited a week no refund. Called again and asked for a manager was told there was not a manager available and that if i would leave the total, date and my number a manager would take care of it and get back to me. Nothing. Still no refund. The total was $19.49 on 1/20/2024, todays date is 2/09/24. As far as I’m concerned this location stole that money from me I don’t expect to ever get my refund and I will not be doing business with Jimmy John’s at all because of it.

The food is basic sandwiches. But they are fast. I recently learned that the owner of Jimmy John’s hunts wild game in Africa for sport. I no longer buy food from here because of it. Look it up. It’s true.

I had a fantastic experience at Jimmy John's! The staff was incredibly kind and provided fast, top-notch customer service. The sandwiches were not only delicious but also made quickly. I recommend trying their pesto bowtie pasta—it's incredibly delicious! I highly recommend this location!

How they haven't put Subway out of business is beyond me.The bread is easily their most notable offering, as it is consistently fresh, absolutely delicious, and has a flavor well balanced to their toppings and sauces.And talk about speed! Those kind folks can make 3-4 sandwiches in the time it takes some other chains to figure out how to make one.
