Spectacular place. The ramen is amazing as is the staff. Waiter was very friendly. Vibes of the place were chill and relaxing. Tempura brussels slapped. Birria ramen and chicken ramen tasted rich and delicious. Can get extra noodles for your remaining broth. Mocktails are great too. I have nothing bad to say about this place, would definitely return.
Multiple times went to pick up an order only to be told they donāt have rice noodles in stock. Why canāt you call me when the order is placed? Why do I need to waste my time coming all the way to pick up my order only to be told to wait 48 hours for a refund??
I just canāt justify coming here any longer.

We arrived at 11am on the dot and were seated right away. Alexis was the best waitress i could ask for! She was attentive and knowledgeable. She was also kind and friendly. She stayed up on drinks and checked on us frequently.
The food here was amazing. The seasoned egg was perfect and Ramen was delicious!

We were THAT table today. Made our waitress Alexis move us to a different spot. I changed my drink order three times. We couldnāt decide what to eat. She never let on just how irritating we were being and was so sweet. She answered all our questions an was very knowledgeable about the menu.
We ordered Takoyaki (Octopus balls), one Spicy Chicken Ramen, and one Mango Mochi Ice Cream for dessert. While waiting for our food, a server brought us an edamame bowl. We thought it was complimentary and checked with our server, and they explained it had been mistakenly brought to our table ā so they made it āfrom the house,ā which was a really nice gesture.
The Takoyaki was absolutely delicious - soft, flavorful filling with a lightly crispy exterior. Easily one of the best items we tried. The Spicy Chicken Ramen was also very good. The portion size was generous for one person but a bit small for two, at least with our appetite. They provided extra sauces on the side to adjust the spice level. We ordered mild spicy and, as Indians, found it perfectly balanced.
For dessert, we had the Mango Mochi Ice Cream, which was refreshing, though not particularly standout.
Overall, we enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the friendly service. We would definitely come back to try other items on the menu. Highly recommend JINYA Ramen Bar!

I do like this place, the atmosphere, the service, the portions, the menu options.. but the broth needs some work across the board. It's nowhere near as flavorful as it should be. We end up having to add all sorts of sauce and seasoning to make it enjoyable and even then it is still sort of bland when it comes to flavor which is disappointing. There's a certain level of flavor that should already be there when the ramen hits the table and they're just falling short in that department.
