I can write a book 📕 on how unpleasant this casino is. Now I been going for years and been getting harassed by staff. This place is by far the worst casino. Including the staff

We stayed at River Spirit Casino Resort with our family and had a very disappointing experience. We are hotel guests and visited a restaurant inside the casino. While there, security told us to leave the casino, which we did.
After exiting, we were then chased all the way to the lobby and repeatedly told to go back to our room, even though we were in public hotel areas. Our baby was in a stroller and our toddler was walking next to us, yet we were followed and spoken to in a condescending manner.
When we spoke with a manager, we were initially told children are not allowed on the casino floor, even though this area includes the hotel reception and walkways. When we asked to see the policy, the explanation changed.
Rules should be communicated clearly and respectfully. Instead, we felt targeted and unwelcome. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to families with children.

So me and my wife where at the casino and there was a dog under this ladies chair. A man walked by and the dog snipped him then the dog started growling at me and my wife. The lady grabbed her dog tight. I asked her is that a safety trained dog she said no. Why would River Spirit let dog on the property that are not certified dogs. Also it look like a homeless shelter in there. Nothing against homeless people but come on when I got to ask someone that is sleeping on a machine if he's going to or can I get that machine. That not right. People selling drugs in the bathroom. I mean whatever happened to it being a casino where we enjoy. It's like going into a trap house. We will not be going back there so be careful if you gamble there. Not safe at all anymore.

Beautiful casino, extremely clean. Has a non smoking section, that has no smoke smell at all. Not sure how they do that but it works. Great staff. The pit boss at the time , went above and beyond when I left and realized my phone was gone. He contacted security, which luckily had it, as some honest person turned it in. Thank you to anonymous person. Would have bought you a drink. Pit boss deserves recognition. I was there 1/16 I believe. He knows who he is. Thank you sir for helping me calm down

We went there to meet with fun place all the gambling plus good food and live entertainment

Great place if you really want to win big money!

Great variety of machines, the music is not blaringly loud throughout the entire casino, so if that's not your vibe, you can find quiet areas.
