Nice place to rent a room and hang out by the pool

The pool bar tender double charged us and the entire operation seemed understaffed. Very unfortunate.

Best staff and service

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The bartender was terrible. I paid for drinks I never got. Failed to issue me a refund. White dude with short blonde hair, absolutely terrible customer service and lack of communication. Never got a refund either. I will never be back at this casino.

Bad Ass!!!

Came for the weekend to celebrate a friends birthday and enjoy the casino. I was looking forward to relaxing time in our room, however I’ve been pretty disappointed so far. Our shower is GROSS. Like literally not cleaned at all, lots of hair on the walls and floors, the grout is so dirty I wanted to wear shoes in it but I didn’t pack flip flops. The water pressure is terrible AND the water doesn’t get very hot. Very frustrating as someone who uses a shower/bath to relax. Maybe it’s just a problem with our room? But the water didn’t get much warmer than luke warm. The AC doesn’t seem to get any cooler than 69/70 and when we got here our room was 73. The high today was just around 80. Also super frustrating. The carpet is dirty, but I kind of expected that in a casino. Bed is somewhat comfortable, sheets are not a comfortable material. Also, the lights on the room phone and the thermostat are very bright at night and I can’t find a way to adjust that or turn the lights off, so that’s annoying. I think I just had a lot higher expectations considering it’s a casino andddd resort? Like the resort part had me believing I was in for a nice experience all around and that’s just not the case— it’s just another dirty, rundown casino.

Great hotel resort and very clean. The restaurants were nice and the staff is very friendly and fast. The room was great too with okay shower pressure.

There’s plenty of spaces for conferences and other venues. It was a good stay.

The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfy. I miss the buffet! It was delicious. I used to like gambling here. It was wonderful some, lose some. Now for some reason, it's always losing. I don't see many people winning even small amounts. Still, its clean and a fun environment. I wish the pool stayed open until at least 10 pm. I love to night swim and it's not possible here.

I love this casino it's clean and the staff is friendly. Frequent jackpots too!

Clean, spaced out well, good layout for walking around, several bars and food options. I would definitely stay here if in the area.

It was so beautiful and a great environment.

First time staying here. I had comped rooms but literally from the Valet to the entire stay and checkout, it was amazing! Beautiful room. The casino floor is always kept clean, bathrooms, cashier, and oh yes the coffee house, where the ladies are exceptional Wonderful. Also ate at Ruth Chris’s and it was the best fillet steak with crusted truffle….Best steak I’ve ever had. Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
