I brought my family here for dinner and we left happy and full. The pho was top notch. The orange chicken and butter chicken wing appetizer were also great. Even my picky-eater kids got full. The wait staff was friendly, accommodating, and super busy. Our waiter had no problem remembering our lengthy, complicated order - I'm pretty sure he could remember the first hundred digits of pi if you asked him. 10/10 I would recommend this restaurant.

Worth the drive to downtown for this gem. Their bánh mì's are amazing and their phở has got that extra love put into it. Mighty fine place for some Vietnamese food.
This place was really great. Very nice menu selection. Anyone can find something they like here, even if you don't think you like Vietnamese. I was here for a business lunch, but I enjoyed it so much that I plan to bring my wife and we live 90 miles away. Definitely worth trying.

The place was packed for a 1900 dinner on a Monday. Since it was so full of diners the service was a bit slow but that's ok. When the waiter did make his way to our table he was pretty good. Friendly and was able to take our order without writing anything down. It all came out at the right time and was all correct. Kudos to the waiter! The food was all tasty. There were 3 of us and we all ordered different dishes - we started with the shrimp and pork spring rolls and the steak and lemongrass spring rolls, and then we had the steak and lemongrass Bun Cha Gio (D2 Noodle bowl), the Deluxe HỦ TIẾU (H2 Similar to Pho) and Phở Satế (P5 Pho). All of it was really good and very flavorful. Well worth the 4.7 stars it has earned so far!

Absolutely hands down the BEST restaurant in Tulsa 🩵 We live nearby and love to walk here and support and awesome family, welcoming atmosphere, with delicious food! The Pho Sate is great all the time but especially when you're sick or stuffy, it's a miracle cure.

If this is what good Vietnamese food is then I don’t want anymore!! We got take out. The food was so hot it tasted like the plastic bowl it was in. And who doesn’t give some kinds of eating utensils with take out so had to wait to even eat it and then there was an extra $5 charge on my card. Tip for what throwing stuff N a bowl with NO napkins nor utensils??? Won’t B going back there. N it smelled good from outside 🤦♀️ 😩

This place has a really good vibe, a wide selection of menu items (including several vegetarian options), a friendly and professional wait staff and excellent food.
Well worth the price for the experience.

What an amazing little place for dinner! Celebrated my husband’s birthday with calamari, spring rolls and dumplings. We had the house mojitos. Our server was polite, friendly and attentive and even brought my husband dessert. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

Kai Vietnamese Restaurant – Downtown Tulsa
An outstanding lunch experience! We had a business lunch for six and were seated quickly thanks to a call-ahead (highly recommend—this place is popular for a reason).
The food was absolutely delicious. We shared a variety of appetizers—Vietnamese Egg Rolls, Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls, Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, and Crab Rangoons—and every single one was bursting with fresh flavor and perfect texture.
I ordered the Grilled Shrimp Banh Mi, and it was incredible. The bread was perfectly crusty, the shrimp grilled just right, and the veggies fresh and flavorful. The fish sauce tied it all together beautifully.
Our server, T, was fantastic—quick, efficient, and very friendly. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal, and we’ll definitely be back.
If you’re in downtown Tulsa, Kai is a must-visit for incredible Vietnamese food and excellent service. Just call ahead to avoid the wait!
