Kazama, doesn’t he have a TV show. No wait, that’s Karamo. Never mind.
A cold windy day, soup day!
I liked this little restaurant as soon as we walked in. Small, clean, nicely decorated. A very comfortable feel. Jia was handling all the customers. A fantastic, attentive, efficient waitress. Just a couple of folks in the restaurant when we walked in at 2PM. They kept coming. Last minute Christmas shoppers I suppose, taking a break for a late lunch.
Pictures and descriptions of the appetizers had me drawn to the restaurant. The Harumaki and the Kazama Jalapeno Peppers. The Huramaki good. The Kazama Jalapeno Peppers were amazing, mind blowing little green trays of flavor. Crunchy, sweet, savory, spicey, rich. Appetizers were followed by a big delicious bowl of spicey chicken noodle soup for me and a boring vegetable Pad Thai for my wife. The soup was perfectly warming spicey and filling. Very good!
Do not eat here without ordering the Kazama Jalapeno Peppers.
Very enjoyable, excellent food, recommended.
My hatred for Sriracha bottle nozzle boogers in Asian Restaurants is unrestrainable. See the pictures. Minus 1 star. Fortunately, the flavorful food did not need any help. Just clean the damn bottles. Who wants to use a condiment bottle with a big black booger dried on it?

Good food, but I probably would have preferred a different menu choice. My server made a recommendation & I should have stuck with the entree I originally had in mind. Will try again sometime.

I always love coming here to get the beef yakisoba and gyoza. They have always been extremely nice to me and even let me take my food for free because one of their machines was down. Cute little place that always hits the spot when I have a craving.

I was in town for business and was wanting a good bowl of Ramen. Kazama filled that want. Started with the gyoza which seemed to me that they were made in house . With a good variety of Ramen bowls to choose from, I went with the spicy miso. Flavorful, spicy broth with tender ices of pork and all of the fixings. Highly recommend giving this spot a go if you're looking for Ramen..if you're not digging Ramen, they have many other dishes such as kansu, fried rice and plenty of appetizers to choose from.

It was really not that good. the takoyaki is way better at Jinya
The noodles taste like there from a package, the broth was flavourless. They only give you half an egg. Jinya is much better

Fantastic Ramen spot! Food is great and well-portioned, I've never had something I didn't enjoy here. Use caution:the spicy is SPICY (and delicious).

On the blander side of flavors compared to tamashiis in Oklahoma City. The food wasn’t bad or anything, but honestly a Costco hot dog would have been just as good to have vs the ramen. It’s just nothing special.
WON down the road is the suggestion I’d make over this, and just get it with the hotpot.

Family and I have been searching for a decent/good ramen place in town and finally got a chance to try this place out a couple of times. Overall, I’d give it 3.5 stars.
Broth is tasty - good texture on the ramen, and toppings are decent but skimpy. These are not San Diego or Houston caliber ramen (where they make their own noodles and broth from scratch), but for Tulsa, it’s decent. We have ordered the curry, katsu, and black garlic ramens. Price is okay, ambience and service are also okay.
Will likely come back to this place when we have a craving for ramen… with Jinya (bland and wayyy overpriced) and Gung Ho (severely bland) as only other alternatives - No Thank You to those.
