The folks here can't speak or understand anything but basic English such as yes and no.

I ordered some things and I had to make them return my money because they only got one thing right.

For the bone in I ordered I received tiny little chicken strips that were only two inches long.

I guess they think most people won't say anything, but I am not one of them who's lost touch with the set God Almighty gave every man.

If KFC doesn't get some English staff enough to at least understand what is being ordered by customers.

I ordered online, and when I went to pick up my order, the bag was already sealed. When I got home, I realized the sides were missing, and instead of a Zero Sugar Pepsi, I received a regular Pepsi.

Ordered 2 five piece chicken tenders. Just tenders and one very small tub of brown gravy. Cherries said we'd have to get the meal. They charged $27.02 -- saying they did not have just the tenders. BUT, that is ALL we got. Just two boxes each containing just 5 tenders and a little tub of gravy. No biscuits, no potatoes & gravy. And, Sherrie rang up the order as one 10-piece ALA CART order. We will NOT be returning to this store. I sent a First Class letter of complaint and a copy of my receipt to Corporate in Kentucky.

I was set up to get disappointed because it's KFC. I haven't gone in years. I saw the promotion for the free strips/8 piece with purchase through the app. We ordered a 15.00 meal combo and got the 8;strips free. It was EXCELLENT I mean it was good! They have a new mango cream drink. It's so good. Will be back to make sure it wasn't a fluke 🤣 jk👀

Picked up a family meal that consisted of 6 bone in chicken, 6 tenders, and 2 sides. I've never seen so much empty space in a side order container before. Please fill containers like they should or atleast like the Owasso location.
