I'm beyond disappointed with my $50 order. The 'gravy' was an absolute joke – it was like brown water, not gravy. And to make matters worse, I got nothing but thighs, wings, and legs! They admitted I should have had four chicken breasts, but there were none! All they offered was a free cake if I came back? That's it? After spending $50 and getting completely ripped off with watery gravy and missing chicken, they offer a cake? Unacceptable!"

Asked to wait for an hour for mac and cheese. Ordered a 16 piece bucket. Only received 12 pieces. No butter for the biscuits. My co worked had to wait 45 mi ite for their order. Worst kcf in tulsa. Do not go there.

01/17/2025 we ordered TO GO for the 16 pieces of chicken for Family size then made a change on our order from 16 pieces to 12 pieces of chicken. After the order had been ready, we headed to home and open it up to have it. But we saw only 6 pieces of chicken but we paid for 12 pieces. I called thephone No on the website and but no ine picked up. This type of disrespectful manner and Racist towards Asian, is very common in Tulsa and I am tired of it!!!! Please displine those employees that works in 1/17/2025 around 2pm.

This is the worst place I have ever tried to get food for dinner. Both front counter girls were high and had no clue what they were doing after waiting for over 30 min for food. I was told they did not have what I ordered, so I made them give me a refund. This was my first and last time going there warning do no go here. These people are stupid.

Original chicken strips and french fries were really good. Girl working drive thru was rude and I asked her if I could have sauce, she said it comes with that, however I did not receive any with my meal. Could have been a 5, but rude worker who intentionally left off the requested sauce made it a 4 at best

Terrible service, they told me the kitchen closes at 8:30 but their hours say they close at 10, and offered no solutions other than to “call door dash and figure it out” Horrible manager with an absolute abhorrent attitude, telling me she can’t be bothered and hanging up on me. I will never go to another KFC. Do not waste your money or your time.
