Ordered meal thru app for pickup but still had to wait 15mins due to no chicken cooked but I guess it turned out better cause it was fresh..the idea for using the app for quicker pickup but still having to wait as if just going and ordering in the restaurant..

I have been here four times and every single time the wait is beyond ridiculous for a coleslaw they don't greet you when you walk in that line or for the drive-thru is forever long and it stinks when you walk in I will never come

Walked in to eat lunch and the entire store is disgusting! Not one table wipped off…the bathrooms are gross the employees look like they haven’t bathed or wash their hands in god knows how long… I would not recommend anyone to eat here unless you want food poisoning or a bacteria infection.

The chicken does not taste that great. I usually look forward to the mashed potatoes and grave and also the biscuits but they seem to messed that up as well.

NDN Mixed Blood

This is the absolute worst KFC! I received burnt chicken. I took it back in there and informed the Manager that I would not mind paying to replace the chicken, because the chicken I received was close to charred. (I Did not want him to think I was scamming to get a free meal) I was polite and spoke in a calm tone. As he went to replace the chicken he said he would replace it for free. I thought that was a nice thing for him to do, I proceeded to ask him did I need to pay to replace the sides and he yelled in front of everyone that was dining inside "Ma'am! Relax! I said I will replace it!" I could not belive he embarrassed me like that just for asking a question, on top of having to drive all the way back to replace chicken that they burned!! If you want KFC avoid this one!!! Try "Comperos Chicken" on Admiral. Great chicken, Great Service, and no Managers yelling at you because you want a mistake THEY made corrected

Every time I come here there is something missing or wrong in my order this time I got a spicy slaw wrap and there was not slaw in the wrap at all witch is very annoying considering that it is in the name So it is a main component in the item that I ordered.

Just visited, out of most sides, buns, and numerous other things. Nothing posted stating this on menu. So are we just supposed to guess and check for everything on the menu when we order? This establishment is a joke and really needs looking into.

Got mad about a question, then asked if we would take half original and half crispy said yeah thinking it's already done after sitting asked to pull forward for food dispite them handing it as soon as mom walked in when Mom checked the food mashed potatoes and gravy was missing, sus ?edit,got home found nuggets, I'm guess its been a bad and busy day for them
