This place sucks. 8:30pm on a Saturday night and no chicken. Waited 20 minutes before being told it would be more 7 minutes .10min later I was given the wrong order. The management should be fired. Employees need training. That long of a wait on a Saturday night 8:30pm is not good enough for repeat sales 😫.

This location is leaps and bounds better than Owasso location and has been rather flawless until the 8pc Bucket App deal. They will tell you there is no white meat for that bucket. But have a buddy order white meat right after you show up. Suddenly white meat. Liars are liars

If the gm isn't in there cooking the food the service everything sucks every time I go here we spend $55 or more and Saturday we spent $55 and I wanted to go back and throw the food in the floor in the middle of the store i was so mad 😡 I'm still mad ....

Ordered the 3 strip chicken and waffles. Did not get any syrup to go with it as advertised.
Decided to stop by here for dinner tonight because it's close to the house and honestly wanted a chicken sandwich all day.. I ordered the sandwich big box and also a spicy sandwich and not a single thing was good. Both sandwiches the chicken was so old and dried out they were unedible, the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted and looked like they were mass portioned out in the morning and sat in a hot cabinet all day the only thing that was ok was the nuggets but had no flavor... I will never be eating here again

Never again...order fries.for my grand baby and idk why the white chic who acted black had mad attitude..gave me mashed potatoes instead because they was out of fries..lol so why not tell me sorry sir we are out of fries would you like something else instead. But the decided to give me mashed potatoes an when I asked her why she didn't say that she got upset an said well do you want another mashed potato? Like why would I want another when I didn't want the first 1? My grand baby likes fries so I was kinda trying to get her some wedges but she stated they only have thick cutt fries..so I said ok I'll take an order...man what a day an after this encounter I definitely am going to stay home for the remainder of the day..God help us! Lol wow mind blown!

Went to the drive through at night they didn't have enough staff in the restaurant and It took them 37 minute to get to go order they need to hire more employees and train them better to be nice to the customers
