I spend alot of time in this area. This KFC has a rude staff including management and they dont care about there food. I've gotten it cold, burnt and missing food. I am stopping going here and would not send any one here.

Ordered on DoorDash and received moldy bread one of my sandwich's. I barely ever get ice in my drinks, but that's something I can ignore. Mold I can't ignore. This could've got me extremely sick as I have a weak immune system. Inspect your food before digging in!!

Today is 2nd time in a row at drive through ordered a two piece all white extra crispy combo and got two piece dark original combo. Go anywhere but this location. Dirty on outside, overgrown bushes by drive through and HORRIBLE ACCURACY on order.

My third visit getting subpar food, I went in from the drive thru to request fresh chicken because what I received resembled rubber. The manager was so rude and even tossed my food on the counter upside down after remaking it. I definitely will not revisit this location. 1/10 DO NOT recommend.

Got the 10 piece bucket with large potato wedges, instead of saying they didn't have a full order of wedges they shoved 2 handfuls of French fries on bottom and arranged the wedges perfectly on top where you couldn't see the fries which were cold and half done we eat kfc twice a week will be going to Church's or Compero's chicken in the future

We got the dead stare when I said we were there to pick up our order. It was quickly retrieved, but then we found out there was no ice to had for the beverages.
Came to pick up our order they didnt even say a word to us gave us the wrong drinks and NO ICE. WHO DOESNT PUT ICE IN A DRINK. They gave us chicken and waffles with no waffles or syrup. My pot pie bowl looks disgusting.

This is the beat KFC in Tulsa. I have to wait for my food but it is fresh! I usually take it to go. I went inside and they were super nice. The tables could have used a wipe down, but mine was to go. They were busy, so it is understandable. I will go back.

This place sucks. 8:30pm on a Saturday night and no chicken. Waited 20 minutes before being told it would be more 7 minutes .10min later I was given the wrong order. The management should be fired. Employees need training. That long of a wait on a Saturday night 8:30pm is not good enough for repeat sales 😫.

This location is leaps and bounds better than Owasso location and has been rather flawless until the 8pc Bucket App deal. They will tell you there is no white meat for that bucket. But have a buddy order white meat right after you show up. Suddenly white meat. Liars are liars
