I have traveled all over the world in my military career. Every time I go anywhere inside or outside of the USA on any kind of mission I make it a point to find a KFC. I’ve eaten KFC in Tokyo, at the steps of the cathedral in Cologne, on the beach in Guam, in 38 out of the 50 states. I maintain professionalism and courtesy everywhere I go.Never have I seen or been privy to the unprofessional disrespect that came out of the 3 back line workers on this fateful Saturday night on March 9th, 2024. I was lied to on 4 different occasions and by the end of it the staff turned profane in their speech and violent in their mannerisms. Please do us all a favor and do better. When you make a mistake own up to it and move on. I will not ever be giving my business to this KFC ever again. The sad thing is that this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this type of behavior at this location but this will be the last.

No ice in my drink.Fríes were stale and soggy.I got a 4 piece tender and only got 3 which were all old and discolored.No napkins and no sauces that I paid for.Kinda funny how bad it was honestly.

Prices are crazy now. Chicken looks like they're killing chick's instead of grown chicken,so small. They also seem to feel they are doing you a favor to help you.

I love the Chicken sandwich. But it seems that I have to go further out to get the proper sandwich. Every time I go to admirals KFC the sandwich keeps getting worse and worse. Their chicken party is so dry, like it's been sitting there for an hour. I thought after 15 minutes you were supposed to throw it away if not sold. I bought three of them and they were all the same. The food came out too fast so I know they weren't fresh. Now let me talk about the fries. Sadly they were old as well, I love the KFC fries but these were cold and soggy. It seems to me that they cook extra food so they don't have to keep cooking so often. I worked restaurants so I know this is a common practice amongst people that don't understand how food is supposed to be served, or people that do t care about their job. For the management, please keep an eye on your cooks. The food will get better once you put your foot down. Thank you

Always a treat The food was hot and delicious! But when you have customers wait at the front for service for any amount of time (over 5 minutes) and eye contact was made multiple times, that's when you get one star.

This place serves food that is stale, it's like they re-fried the old leftover chicken and re sold it. The meat tastes like the oil in the fryer needs to be changed. Worst food I've tried to eat this whole year! STAY AWAY!

I ordered and paid for my food on-line. It said the food would be ready at 6:25, I showed up at exactly 6:25 and they asked me to park and wait as they had to make more chicken. I did this and after 25 minutes, I went inside, there were no customers and the employees just messing around inside. I asked them where my food was and they acted like they had no idea. My food was sitting under a warming light - with my coleslaw getting warm! When I got the food home and the chicken was almost burnt! This was so disappointing.
