Food was okay fast service . Guy in the back was so friendly . But that cashier was rude very unprofessional. Walked away when I was trying to order . I asked if she wanted to be there and if so why are you being so rude . At that moment she refused me service because she was in a bad mood ! Please kfc do something about this issue I’m clearly not the only one experiencing this looking at the reviews

Hello, I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received. The experience was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. There was no customer service provided, and I did not receive my order at all. When I attempted to get assistance, I was told that I needed to “deal with it on my own,” which is both disrespectful and inappropriate.
I expect proper help in resolving this issue immediately. Please look into my missing order and provide the support that should have been offered from the start.

Did an uber eats and uber eats had to cancel not us cuz they had issues with the driver. Re ordered and was hoping it was gonna be fresh. Nope. Everything was soggy and borderline cold. Ice in the drinks were already almost fully melted. Almost 50$ down the drain. Do not recommend. It should be policy to remake food after a certain amount of time. As someone who has worked in food their whole life this is sad and unacceptable.

Very friendly service. We went in because of the heat but realized that they were closing up the lobby. One of the workers offered us a table but our food was ready, so he didn't have to put the chairs down.

Rude workers. Ask you to pull up to the "front" when no one is behind you. Then refuse to give you a refund for food you didn't even get. All while they talk trash about you in front of your face.

This place was very rude told me that they could not serve my kind in the Drive-Thru because I'm white so rude through drive-thru and then when we got up the window they smelled like weed and something weird

Ok so I ordered food for and had my bro go get it for me and they told me that they didnt have any chicken or sides cooked and this was at 9pm when it clearly says they close at 10pm. Why didnt they call to say they sorry we cant fill your order why make people waste their gas. I dont understand how they operate and the order my bro made was wrong also he ordered 10 pieces of orignal and they gave him extra crispy. But they had an order ready with sides for some other person so I guess if you order the special they dont have it unless you pay full menu price then magically it appears. I will go across town to the KFC that actually does their jobs no business from me or my family.

Well, when you use the app for promotions it seems like they give you the bottom of the barrel product. The chicken was WET, GREASY, FALLING APART. The feathers weren't plucked but instead they were deep fried and laid to the side. Then when I asked for a refund they told me no because I ordered off the app and I have to call the number. Then the audacity to try and charge .30 for BBQ when they gave me whole bucket of chicken scraps. Ohh wait did I forget to mention they didn't include not 1 napkin for this nonsense of meal.

This is the 3rd time I have done a delivery through them. The 1st 2 was my husband & sister, this time was me personally, otherwise I wouldn't do a delivery from them based off the 1st 2 as both of them were messed up. I know the app part is not on the store, HOWEVER I did try to call & it makes a noise & hangs up, all 4 times I tried. I have nerve damage & can't handle ice in my drinks, it's not an option on the app to change it, also wanted extra mayo on the sandwiches & no pickles, but there was nothing I could do. Ordered the online only meal for 2 w/nuggets & the 3 piece tender box for free. 1st on both sandwiches they put 1 small drop of mayo on them, not even a normal amount. Then for the nuggets & tenders were supposed to get 2 sauces for each, we got 0 sauces. How can I take a picture of 0 sauces????♀️??? So now my husband has to run up to the store & get us some sauce, as we just moved in, or we have to eat them dry???♀️?. I recommend to either just go to a different location or IF you still want to risk your order being messed up, to either pick up or just eat there. Sucks cause we love KFC, but there isn't a way to modify your order or even contact them. They use door dash to deliver, I asked the driver to ask them to add mayo & no ice, he said they told him to have me do it online or call???. I told him tell them to fix their phone so we can, but also told him to just bring it. Wasn't his place to play middle man, plus he has more deliveries as he doesn't work for them & just trying to earn some money. For $26 for 2 people at fast food, I would think they would be a little bit nicer, but that's hard to find in the world anymore.
