i pulled into drive thru 9:45, in line with 3 other cars. We all sat for a few minutes waiting for help, thinking the intercom was broken one by one we pull up to the window just to be ignored there also... if you are going to close early at least have the courtesy to put up a sign or just not ignore people and tell them.

Brought my son here today to get food and we pulled to drive through and a female answered saying order when ready, we began ordering and got no response. We pulled around to front to go inside and order because we thought something was wrong with the drive through speakers. Get to the front door and they are locked. So I tell my son let's try the drive through again, same female comes on the microphone saying order when ready, we did that again, still no response from this woman again so now I know she's trying to be funny so I said to her that i will be reporting this to corporate, still no response from her. This woman thought it was funny to pretend to take orders and not reply or come to the window. This is so upsetting, I had a very long day at work and just wanted food. All the woman had to say was they are closed instead of making fun of is for at least 10 minutes. This is very sad and she got a good laugh today at my expense. Very disappointed because I love kfc and now I will not return especially to this location.

Lady taking our order needs to start using her outside voice and stop being distracted by who I guess is a co-worker of some sort.
Had to repeat my order twice. My colleague had to get her attention to take his order.
I guess the colonel would be disappointed🤷♂️

I was rushed throughout the ordering process. I was refused a reciept and told I was not charged for something when I clearly was. Then when the manager finally gave me a reciept I was actually double charged. The cashier had a horrible attitude and was not nice at all.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, and I rarely do so accept in cases were a service or food has been exceptionally bad. In this case, the food has been consistently bad on a repeated basis; IMO, it has been food that should have never been served and tossed out. First, it started with two chicken sandwiches about 10 months ago that had been butterflied and was very thin, and not crispy whatsoever. Next, we ordered a two piece combo, one original and the other extra crispy. The original was a joke – actually the smallest pieces of regular chicken I’ve ever seen. The extra crispy was average.
The last straw for us was the 3 piece chicken tender box. We ordered 3 boxes, and the tenders in each of the boxes were burnt. They were pretty much inedible. We live about 45 miles from this location, and each time we did not discover this until we got home. Never again. No other KFC in this area comes close to this location on 71st and Memorial with such poor quality. What’s sad, is all 3 times we had decent customer service, but the quality of the food has been lousy every time. We won’t be back.

I went here several months back. The service was ok, but the biscuit was still doughy. Thought I'd try them again. Once again got a biscuit that wasn't done in the middle. And the guy at the window didn't say one word to me except "yes" when I asked if I could have some butter. I think he might need somd customer service training ??? At least say "Thanks" or "Have a nice day..." Something! Not a horrible experience but definitely not great.

Foods fire, they forgot our drinks and when we back to ask for them the guy from the widow asked what we wanted in A VERY rude tone, we were literally the only customers (besides doordash and ik that can be stressful ) but drinks is literally the first thing they usually give u. Anyways dude was hela rude

Went by 7 minutes after opening, got the "It's a great day here at KFC, what can get you?" And as soon as I started talking I was told there was a late start and it'd be 14 minutes for chicken. That puts it almost 30 minutes AFTER opening before they could serve what should have been ready at 10:30. Can't judge the food, but the service and the atmosphere was horrible. This is not a dependable resturant. You might get food, you might not.

They always close early and have reported it BBB and called the corporate. This has been going on for awhile now they close 30 mins to an Hour early and I had Ordered a pick up order that was $30 worth and they said to me that they ran out of Chicken. I called and asked for the Manger and she said her name is Nicole. If we can get these matters handled professionally it would be awesome because it’s not acceptable In the fast food industry. I will keep reporting to BBB and the corporate until this matter is handled thank you.

Ordered online 8pc Family meal, no customers around. Food took 10 minutes after it said it was ready to come out. Once I got home there were only 6 pieces of chicken, two out of the chicken pieces were raw, they forgot condiments, and food was just so soggy and gross. Threw it all away and really wish I took photos. After taking the first bite I spit it out. Won’t be coming here again.

They tried to serve me raw food Hispanic lady who presented herself as the manger was extremely rude called me stupid and slammed the window in my face after I told her I was not pulling up to park after having to come back in the drive through for the 3rd time I’ve filed complaints and called corporate manager needs to be fired

Not very attentive to customers, person helping me kept ignoring me, u can’t take orders on ur headset while trying to take my order. Girl in the picture called out to the guy next to her, he needs to come assist her right away because she has too much to do, the guy seemed very annoyed. a dasher was just waiting for his order and the same lady rudely tells him to wait and that she is the only person prepping the food, like what does he expect her to do, dude was waiting patiently, idk what her issue was. Took forever to get my food too, kept giving the food out to the window only, she made the entire room feel awkward, customers staring at one another. I didn’t say or do anything and she gave me a dirty look.

Horrible place, people there just walk from one side to the other ignoring the line of people who wanted to order, they didn't even have the courtesy to say that they would serve us at some point.
