I just got the two wraps combo and my fries were cold. I want to say the staff very unprofessional, it seems they come in not to work but to play around and throw jokes while customers just waiting for their food. They are nice people but definitely not taking their job seriously. Oh and this is not the first time it happened.

Worst service ever by the manager or the lady who pretended to be a manager, did not give me my complete order i had to drive all the way back and she started screaming at me in Spanish thinking i didn't understand what she was saying but little lady YO TE ENTIENDO!! she was mad she had to cook some chicken when thats her job and its chicken that was probably sitting there waiting to be grabbed and she didn't even give me my drink that i PAID for and here i am choking on my dry biscuit! if i could give them zero stars i would. Shut this place down or get better management! as for the other employee who was apologizing for this ladys action i appreciate you! Food wasn't all that great. Mashed potatoes were full of lumps and didn't taste like they had been made correctly, had to throw them away. Biscuit was hard and dry, had to throw it away also. Overall, I was very disappointed. KFC is one of my favorite places to eat.

Very disappointing. 1230 on Sunday afternoon and we stop to try the new $20 fill up box. The girl said no chicken was ready it will be a 15 minute wait. I said I'd wait because I really wanted kfc. After pulling up and waiting along with 2 more cars they bring our food. Yay!!! No there isn't 1 dipping sauce for the nuggets. Biscuits were ice cold and hard. Chicken was good that's why they got 2 stars. FAIL on everything else
