DONUTS ARE AWESOME! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!

Not sure when I left the last review, but the customer service has got worse and the arrow is the nastiest I've ever seen a Krispy Kreme.... EVER! Workers cursing at each other throughout store. I had to ask them to make my drink right and the guy seemed put off by having to do it! VERY LAZY WORKERS AND STORE IS DISGUSTING!!!

I THINK I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!

(Addtionally) My blended drink was so poorly made that most of it wouldn't even go through the straw! This is what kills businesses! Quality has gone down so far, it week be miraculous if they can recover!

Use the To Good to Go app and it was wonderful! Got a dozen of doughnuts for $5.99. Its a wonderful program the establishment doesn't have to throw away good food and the consumer gets it a 1/3 of the price. Great food and helping saving food, can't beat that? Too bad this huge corporations don't donate to the needy but at least they aren't showing them away anymore. Definitely try it!

It was just OK, workers were slow to get to me I ordered a few things and nothing tasted really fresh like they were made that morning the Bismarck was flaky and creme was grainy sugary. The original glazed tasted like they were made yesterday and had just come out of the freezer ! I drove 20 minutes to get these and they were lack luster ! For what you pay for these donuts, they should be fresh daily ! Or even be cooking as you walk in... didn't look like the frying operation had been run in a while....?!

The donuts are good but from the outside the place looks closed. I went inside and all the employees were in back making donuts. Typical teenagers in there. Service was fine, it just wasn't worthy of 5 stars.

I was there Sunday about noon. There was one person waiting in front me. He wasn't getting any help, all the workers were standing in the back and one was focused only on drive thru. They looked at us but never said one word. We waited 10 min. And we left. I can understand if you are busy but you need to acknowledge a customer regardless. Very rude and unprofessional.

Last few times I’ve been i think they changed the timer on how long they cook for or something. It’s like they cook them too long now. 🤷‍♂️

I ordered on my way to work online it even charges my card but when I get there they are saying it didn’t go through even after showing the charge on my card to the manager and an employee and I still didn’t receive my order making me late for work I don’t recommend this place at all!

They forgot the kreme in my kreme filled donut. The 6 pack I got was also stale. I sent an email with zero response.
