I ordered on my way to work online it even charges my card but when I get there they are saying it didn’t go through even after showing the charge on my card to the manager and an employee and I still didn’t receive my order making me late for work I don’t recommend this place at all!

If I could give no stars I would. Been there 2 times. 1st time I at least received food. But the attitude and service was horrible. I felt like I was imposing just by going through the drive though. Yes and no was all that responded back to me. Extremely rude people.
2nd time I try again and they are out of glazed donuts and they list like 4 other things there out of. There number one seller in the morning and they don’t have it. Did nobody work and prep for the next day. Horrible experience. When reviewing it asked what I got which was nothing, they asked how much I spent which was nothing and then they asked if I recommend anything and I don’t.

Purchased 6 mini donuts for $9.76.
The donuts were terrible! They were dry, hard and tasted of lard!
So very disappointed!

We came through at 6:15 in the morning and were given donuts from the day before and charged full price of over 11 dollars for a 1/2 dozen cold hard donuts. When we asked why they were hard and cold we were told they were from 10 pm the night before.

Love it when the light is on!! It needs to be fixed though! Not a good look. Disappointed they didn't have all of the specialty donuts for us to try. They did give us more in place of them, which was great. Thank you!

I called before coming to the location to ask about the hot sign. They said it was on; and I asked if it would be in 20 minutes because that’s how long it takes for me to get there. The lady on the phone said yes.
So I get there in 14 mins.
The guy, who I believe is a shift manager because no way he’s the GM, is super ignorant and rude. He was working the drive through. I had a code to scan on my app, he was frustrated you could tell by his face. Secondly; it was Apple Pay. He looked at me with a straight face for about 5 seconds before taking my phone. That alone was already not a good experience because why are you so impatient to a customer already at 9 am?
We pull off and my donuts are cold. Cold as in they either were in the fridge or cooked hours and hours ago. But to my knowledge, I was told the hot sign was on so even if I missed it being on, the donuts would still be warm. Some type of warmth. Nope. Cold.
I call back up there and the same lady answers. She was super nice. She told me that I could come back in and she would get me warm donuts. As I was walking in. I was met with the same man from the drive-through and he looked at me and said “what now?
as if I’ve caused him any type of inconvenience? then proceeded to tell me he has no warm donuts or hot donuts and that it would be a long wait and then he went to the back to check and said it would be till 915 which is approximately 30-45 minutes from now.
I just find the entire interaction completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I work in the serving industry so I’m very patient and kind to others as well. If I did this to a guest, I’d be fired. I can only imagine what other issues he is causing if he was acting that ignorant & rude as he was to a random customer.

Run away!!! It is extremely expensive, and the quality is not there. $18 for a dozen for 6 regular and 6 chocolate glazed. Just stick with a good Daylight donut location. Plus, their app doesn't work to credit your points.

Ordered a chocolate donut with sprinkles. We just got a chocolate donut. And the other donut I ordered was a lemon filled donut. I got a regular glazed. Not at all. I was ordered and it's not like they were busy.

This was my first time at the Krispy Kreme in Tulsa, and it was a terrible experience. I called ahead and was told the hot sign would be on at 5 PM. I arrived right on time, but the sign was still off. I was waiting in line when a staff member saw me but chose to take a group of white customers’ orders first. I’m not sure if my being African-American played a role in this, but it felt unfair. I left without ordering and won’t be back.
