Apparently the store is under construction or something. There are simply signs on the doors that say the lobby is closed. But when you get to the drive-thru, it's an absolutely hassle unless you are simply ordering a dozen of the same thing. Because they are out of cake donuts, Maple donut, strawberry iced donuts, and cream-filled at 10:30 in the morning. This is actually the most unpleasant experience that I've had at this particular location. Also, the HOT but the donuts are not hot. And yes we got the original and they were still not hot.

The grandson loves to get donuts here so we like to come for that reason!
We came this time for the limited Peanuts Christmas donuts.
The donuts were good but I wish they would have spent a little bit more time on decorations (:

They are always out of blueberry cake donuts or original glazed. It doesn’t matter the time. Staff is very rude and always slow.

I'll probably get hate, but I don't like glazed donuts, even if it's a hard glaze, but everyone I've ever gotten donuts for from this place, they've loved it! I do wish they did have a plain unglazed, uniced donut though, I'd really enjoy it more

This place needs a new manager. It's getting worse and worse—dirty, neglected, and with a closed window. I don't think you can get in; it's drive-thru only. The employees don't know how to use the app, and the outside lights don't even work. The donuts are getting more expensive and smaller. The last time I saw this place, one of the employees touched a donut without gloves...

This location sucks. Time Before last we were in the drive thru for 40 minutes And by the time we got to the window to order they said “sorry we are closed” and had to say that to the 6 cars behind us as well. Last night we placed a door dash order and were given donuts from the day before and when we called they girl said “ya I wouldn’t doubt it, morning shift is terrible about throwing out the doughnuts from the day before so I bet they are from yesterday•. “Call back tomorrow” called back tomorrow (today) they couldn’t find my order which is crazy To me and didn’t even attempt to reconcile the money or send new doughnuts out. Never again.

I regret it every time I come here. The slowest service, not friendly. And the donuts are always hit or miss. 1/10 also just a rip off for donuts.

Placed an online order the evening before, for 5 boxes of donuts and 3 boxes of coffee. I got there 15 minutes late. Cashier said 25 more minutes for the rest of the coffee. 25 minutes later they needed an additional 10.
The customized box wasnt custom. I received 5 instead of 6 dounts in that box. The whole experience was complicated for no reason. The Cashier was incredibly rude. It took 45 minutes to pick up my order. The restaurant did not seem understaffed.

We stopped in for a free donut and coffee on veterans day. It was a great donut and awesome service and so friendly. Worth stopping in if you want a fresh donut right out of the oil.

wait to be talked to like they didn't want us there! pretty crappy! If you work at an establishment with customers, you need to watch the tone because I choose where I return. I wouldn'take the 40 min drive again to be treated that way! Sad thing is this was to start my daughter's birthday. She said she'll just go to daylight where they're polite.. Which really hurt my feelings because this was meant to be a treat day!

Went for the first time in years and it just wasnt as good as I remember. Id rather go to daylight on 21st and harvard. They're the only donut shop where ive gone at 10am on a weekend and gotten fresh warm donuts.
