I ordered a cachapa and it was simple and raw

Terrible service, the girl who took our order didn't listen when we asked for food without vegetables. She reproached him by noting that she had never indicated that it was without vegetables, instead of seeking to solve it, what she did was further agglomerate the problem with the attitude she took due to the same mistake on her part. For this reason I told her that I was not going to pay for something that she had ordered and it arrived wrong, she wanted to get into an argument with me and claiming with her co-worker that she had heard correctly and that I was the one who made a mistake by not telling her what it was. without vegetables, anyway. Terrible service, and the colleague who was also present did not take the appropriate behavior to solve it but instead took her side. Acting offended and those who were not understanding anything because I was committing a crime, it will be, no yes, I am going to eat it to please her because according to her she was not wrong, that is new.

The service is good, the soup is delicious but the carrot seems to be processed, the jojoto seems to be old, it tasted horrible and was watery, the rice from the pavilion had at most cubes, the shredded meat was salty,

GrubHub order so I can only review the food, but let me say "Wow!" It was a totally new taste sensation, which is something rare for a foodie like me. From the first bite I had an explosion of flavor! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Very expensive for what they serve, I expected something much, much better for what I paid, the food was really bad for the price, not recommended. Positive points, clean bathroom and premises, nothing special, everything normal, but the food is very bad, reheated tostones have a bad taste, X salad, the meat is expected to be better cut for the absurd price.

Venezuelan fast food, and American fast food with a Venezuelan spin.
Some of the South American foods tend to be heavy, fried, with lots of meats, starches and mayo-based sauces….and I love it!
For us today’s lunch; Tequenos, Combo de Tostados with shredded chicken, and Tumbarrancho with shredded chicken. Details of the food is in the current menu pictures I posted with this review.
The Tequenos were basically a cheese stick covered in a light bread dough and deep fried (as in mozzarella sticks only a different breading.) It was served with a with a mayo-based dressing that tasted similar to tarted sauce. The Combo de Tostados came as two per the order. Each was shredded chicken, cheese, cabbage and the “house” mayo-based special sauce, piled between two deep fried arepas. The Tumbarrancho had the same filling, but the construction was different. It was a large thick arepas, battered, deep fried then pried open and stuffed with the ingredients.
Everything was wonderful! I loved the food!
In the restaurant they have the menu in both English and Spanish. Check it out! It has quite a variety, with great looking burgers, subs and a breakfast menu. They have different specials. The owner told me about his very special Christmas dinner. “Some of those items may be available on the regular menu later in the year.” I sure hope so….
Order at the counter/pay at the counter. The food is delivered to your table in in fast food type trays. Friendly staff, good service.

We politely asked if the music could be turned down because we couldn’t listen to our own conversation. We were told no, and on top of the people grilling started singing the songs playing, at the top of their lungs. So respectfully we will not be going back.

Ate here a few weeks ago and looking forward to going back. Owner was so friendly. Tried a bunch of different options with friends and we liked all of them.
