It did take longer than expected and there was an issue with the order but the manager Lacey rectified the situation and issue me a credit which takes two to three days so I am happy about that and I was able to keep one part of my order so i can have something to eat I had placed another order for my son in the store and Joe was Super Amazing, and knowledgeable and helped me with a questions about other food items and gave his creation on one of the meals which I will order Thank you all for handling the issue and especially Joe for checking on me

THIS IS RACIST!
I ordered and paid for 20 FRESH FRUIT TARTS, the pick up time was 5:45pm on Sunday. But when I got there, the staff told me they were sold out, then the manager said he would refund, he didn’t give any reason and apologized to me. You live in a developed and polite country, but you didn't learn anything there. Because I’m Asian, you refuse to sell me cakes?

**Edit** Spoke with manager on duty and asked for a refund due to our illnesses. He apologized and would work on a refund. That raised the service level, substantially. Mistakes happen, and their pastries are good. Future visits would be for those pastries or other desserts that are pick up and go.

Service was slow. Plates came out one at a time, so the first person finished their meal before person two got their plate. Person 3 never got their meal at all. All of us got sick afterward. Coffee was bad. If you market as a French café, you should at least be able to offer a good coffee.

I've only been once so I thought I'd give it another go. I ordered egg and cheese croissant no meat and a small fruit salad. Over $15 dollars! I was really disappointed when I looked at what should have been less. Fruit was old and mostly cantaloupe which I don't like. I asked for the receipt but she didn't give it to me. Should I have grabbed it? Because she didn't staple it to my sack like the other customers. The one good thing I can say is the croissant was good. Still hungry ? pretty sure I paid for meat I didn't want.

The food was bad, I came with my family and my mom said the 4-cheese pasta was horrible.
Me and my brother had a French dip sandwich. It was good but it was overflowing with horseradish mayo. The creme of mushroom was too rich. And to stack on to of that it was $50 for four people. My mother, who ordered said the person was rude. The building and layout were good, and we liked how we could see them making our food.

The French dip didnt even come with the sauce. It was dry and had like two slices of roast beef on it. The bread was so stale it hurt to chew. The lady at the front counter was so weird and rude to me. Terrible customer experience. Terrible food. And what makes me sad is that I used to love this restaurant. The quality of staff now is being reflected upon the food. Really really disappointing.

A huge disappointment. If we had wanted fast food atmosphere and waiting on ourselves, we would have eaten at home. Workers were friendly. The food was just ok, our croissants were cold. We won’t be going back.
