La Michoacana Plus Tulsa,Ok

Wow! Surprised at the selection of not only ice cream, but almost any iced bar or pop you want. That I know of it's all Mexican Ice Cream. Very tasty! I enjoyed every bite! The service was very polite and engaging.

The BEST Michoacána in Tulsa — and honestly, the best my husband and I have ever visited!
They have an amazing selection of ice cream and snacks, all beautifully presented. The shop is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and clearly very well managed. A true gem!
We ate several flavors of ice cream including coconut, tres leches, and chili mango. All delicious. We will return and tell all of our friends about this place

This place is delicious! It has the best Mexican desserts and drinks around. The price seems a bit high at first but once you see how much food/drink you get for that amount, you won't be disappointed. Customer service is always wonderful and even if there's a line, they are extremely fast and well worth the wait!

The workers were really rude they were making fun of my family not knowing that much Spanish
I could tell because the girl, that was serving us next to another girl that works with her and they were covering their mouth and after they said something they started laughing One of the girls were short, and she kinda had like a yellow grill, and the other one is like kind of tall, and she has butterfly, tattoos on her arm this is really bad workers especially how long is the lines taking so long. Please have other workers that know English and Spanish that don’t talk about people back Probably never coming back. Ridiculous. Look at your cameras 7:11 PM July 24! And look clearly at the workers, and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

This place does not deserve this money, one ball of ice cream. That was so tiny for my son was $3.30. That is outrageous. I am never coming back here again. My local paletería is way cheaper than this one of ice cream and way bigger portion of this was only $1.50 versus the other one. They really do not do taxes, right I am definitely not coming back here again.

Hate places that have things in Spanish. You’re in the USA. For fitting in sake get English on there.

The staff needs better training on applying tax exemptions correctly, especially regarding the difference between issue and expiration dates. The service was unprofessional, particularly the unnecessary request for identification and the handling of the tax exemption, which she messed up on and after correcting her there was no apology for her confusion. Because of this poor experience, it will deter me from returning frequently. I did like my order but without good service I won’t be back.
