Lanna Thai used to be our absolutely favorite Thai restaurant when we lived in Tulsa till 2016. When we visited on Nov 2nd, 2025, the edge seemed to have worn off a bit and though everything was nice, that 'over and above' was missing. Their fried rice is still very good and the garlic chicken was good. The On Shore noodle soup was still good, but the flat rice noodles were in one, big, inseparable clump. Someone in the kitchen put the noodles in the soup, right? They didn't care that the noodles were one big inseparable clump? Disappointing... but we'd probably visit Lanna Thai again if we go to Tulsa.

I ordered a takeout order through a 3rd party app. A couple things happened. First I ordered shrimp fried rice with beef and pork and It came with only beef, (the shrimp fried rice is more expensive) they also added a $5 tip that I did not authorize and nowhere on the app did it say anything about mandatory gratuity for Takeout Orders??? The food is just okay and service is not great. Bad business practice

We were quite disappointed with our experience. Even though there was still an hour left before closing, the staff didn’t seem welcoming at all. The servers were hesitant to take our order, and one of them even grabbed the menu from our table, which felt rude and unnecessary.
The food itself tasted good, but unfortunately, it wasn’t served hot — everything came out cold. It’s disappointing because the flavors were nice, but the service and lack of warmth from the staff really took away from the overall experience.

Love a lot about this place. The food has wonderful flavor. The panang curry was a bit sweet but it still came how with us.

We have visited Lanna Thai for many years and it is always a favorite with us. Excellent services, and the food is always great! The staff is very attentive, and ensures we are well taken care of.
We went in ordered about $70 worth of food, got appetizers and two main entrees. When the entrees came out we found a bug in one of them. Back in the day used to work in the food industry and I know if there is one bug, there's always multiple bugs. You have been warned. For some reason I'm not getting a button to be able to post a picture. Otherwise I would post one with the bug

I just got back from Bangkok and ordered the krapao chicken with basil. It definitely Americanized here. Does not really compare to Thailand. I was a bit disappointed. I am spoiled having stayed in Bangkok for month and having real Thai food every day. Service is good. Clean place. Friendly
