I love their food! Only down side to it is that they don't offer you refills on drinks. It's hard to save the drinks until the food comes, especially when you order chips and salsa or a different side item before the meal. They never come to ask how everything is or if we need anything else. And I'd feel rude to wave my glass around for a refill. But other than the drink issue I enjoy the food!
Ordered the Torta with Fries! Great sandwich. The bread was soft the meat was cooked with great seasoning! Nice thin slices of guacamole which I love! The atmosphere was cozy and the service was great considering the owners cooked and served us. They didn't have regular tea, which I was kinda disappointed. Very friendly and welcoming service the food was nice and hot even when ordering take out. I had the quesabirria, 2 tacos de barrbacoa and 2 de carnitas. The actual meat of the birria was good but the consomé lacked flavor. It was however, very pleasantly cheesey. The barrbacoa was not overly fatty or greasy unfortunately for me I don't like the sweet flavor that some recipes have but it was good for what it was just needed some salt.
