I am very upset at these employees, my boyfriend and I walked up to take our order and the lady taking our order sat there and texted on her phone for like 10 seconds before even acknowledging us. We had already started our order while she was texting and then she obviously didn't get the order so we had to repeat it and she got it wrong so we had her fix it again. Then we got our receipt and waited for our order and it came out and they had made me a salted Carmel latte but I ordered just a regular caramel latte because I hate salted caramel. So I told the the lady it was supposed to be a regular caramel latte and she said that that’s what we ordered but I know my boyfriend didn’t say salted caramel because I hate salted caramel and was listening to make sure he got it right. Well the lady asked to see the receipt and it said salted caramel but I was sure that’s not what we ordered. She said she would remake it and ROLLED her eyes at me for no reason? I was just not gonna pay $8 for a coffee I didn’t like. Then when she comes to bring it out to me she rudely goes “Suggestion for next time, check your order on the receipt to make sure it’s right” and I was baffled! I had done nothing wrong and just wanted the right coffee.

I got the caramel iced latte with an Xtra shot & cold foam. My partner gets the blended vanilla with a shot. Their espresso is fresh, strong, and flavorful. Rivals any big coffee chain. In fact, they’re better. They were fast, the people are nice, and the cups are cool.
UPDATE: Any time we’re near 71st & Memorial we make a special stop by the mall just to get a latte from this place. So good.

Went to the mall and decided we needed some caffeinated beverages to accompany us on our trip. Firstly was surprised by it no longer being Starbucks, but I can get over that. Asked for their watermelon energy drink. It was a pump of watermelon flavored syrup and club soda that I could have gotten for $0.87 at Walmart. The cost for two was almost $16.00 for it to have no caffeine, and not be an energy drink. The watermelon flavored syrup was okay, but we had need up chunking them. It was a waste of time and a huge disappointment. Would NOT recommend.

I ordered an iced mocha and was asked how many shots of espresso. I asked for two (standard). They then wanted to charge for me for each individual shot of espresso in addition to the cost of the drink (basically chocolate milk). This was not for anything extra, this was a charge for any espresso at all. NOT WORTH IT
