This is one of the most delightful hidden âgemsâ in Tulsa! This lovely little âhole in the wallâ French CafĂ© boasts a real French Chef from France. Their food is comparable to no other âfrenchâ food that I have tasted this side of the Atlantic! This cafĂ© is nestled between several other boutiques and is also next to Barbees Cookies yet is in a stand alone and short strip mall surrounded by green stretches of grass and some lovely shade trees (so it is a pretty strip mall to window shop along) near the southeast corner of 81st & Memorial. It is a lovely place for a girlâs brunch out or a romantic mid-morning date and is truly memorable!

I went to this place for the first time today to pick up a DoorDash order. As I walked in, I waited a moment for the staff to become available so I could let them know I was there. While waiting (literally less than 30 seconds), I looked at the food on the counter to see what they offered. Out of nowhere, someone who seemed to be the owner or the cook came out of the kitchen yelling at me in a very rude tone, saying I had to wait somewhere else because the space was too small.
I was shockedâI hadnât done anything wrong. When he asked if it was my first time there, I said yes and told him how rude he was. He never apologized and just walked away. It then took nearly 20 minutes for the order to be ready.
I have no intention of ever going back. If thatâs how they treat people, they shouldnât be running a restaurant. I donât recommend this place at all

We stopped by for breakfast. The shop opened 2-3 minutes late. They are very short staffed. It took long time to order. The ordering process is not very pleasant as the person who assisted us at the counter seemed stressed and rushed. It took long time for food to all came out but to be honest the food is not worth the wait and price. Sorry.

I recently dined at Le Louvre, the charming French restaurant in Tulsa, and I canât stop raving about the experience! From the moment I walked in, the cozy yet elegant atmosphere swept me awayâthink Parisian cafĂ© vibes with a modern, polished twist. The recent addition of silverware and actual dishes (no more disposables!) elevates the whole experience, making it feel so posh and refined.
I ordered the goat cheese and bacon quiche with a side salad, and oh my goodness, it was divine. The quiche was perfectly flaky, with a creamy, tangy goat cheese filling that paired beautifully with the smoky bacon. The side salad was fresh, crisp, and lightly dressedâexactly what you want to complement such a rich dish. For my friend, I took home a large fruit tart, and let me tell you, it was a showstopper. The crust was buttery and crisp, topped with vibrant, fresh fruit and a silky custard that practically melted in your mouth. It was SO DELICIOUS and such a hit!
The service was warm and attentive, and the whole place just exudes this cute, welcoming charm that makes you want to linger. Le Louvre is a gem in Tulsaâs dining scene, and Iâm already looking forward to my next visit. If youâre craving authentic French flavors with a side of sophistication, this is the spot to go!

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon after a movie to get a treat. I had tarte aux pommes et amandes (apple tart with almonds).... delicious!! Crisp apples, nicely spiced crust. So good. They have a ton of other goodies and food along with luncheon specials also, so I'll definitely be coming back, especially since it's less than 5 mins from me. A keeper

I recently visited Le Louvre French Cafe with a friend in Tulsa and had a wonderful time. The service was great; our server was attentive and explained the menu in detail before we ordered. A patron suggested his favorite on the menu, La Banane Fraise, which was very tempting. I decided to try the La Biquette crepe, which was a delicious combination of goat cheese, honey, and rosemary. My friend ordered the salmon and spinach quiche, which was equally delicious. The cafe itself has a charming atmosphere, beautifully decorated with a cozy and inviting feel. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a taste of France in Tulsa!đđđđ
