I originally was going to order from the app and go grab it as normal. I was on the app on my phone and my S/O sitting across the room from me was on the app on his phone. Same store same exact coupon applied and food ordered the exact same way but NOT even close to the same price. So I drove down to the store with my phone and explained what I was seeing. He informed me that there was nothing wrong with the system we must not know how to use the apps. ? Well okay there buddy.. Then I was informed he knew Nothing about the app, and that if the prices were different, then I either did something wrong or the network was down. Which, not what you just said, but okay let's go with it.. ? Finally I asked if they could just apply the 50% off for the wings bc of the hassle of the entire thing and he explained, in order for the coupon to be applied it needs to be done on the app. I would not have an issue doing it on the app if I could figure out what the correct price was to begin with. Online said they were basically 9.00 for 6/8 this employee tried telling me they were only 5.00 for 8/10 "Umm, not in 2024 sir." So finally I left the wings off the order. Next, My total without the wings was close 22.00 dollars for a Medium Pizza and an order of those pizza puff things which are only 3.99 and I guess I got charged for red sauce. I asked if I could change the sausage on the pizza to just normal ground beef. I was told, and I quote, " I can make the change for you on the sausage, however there will be a fee for customizing it and a charge for the difference in price in the meats. From Sausage to Ground beef, I assume. This "kid" basically told me he could not change the policy and that there was not a manager on duty at that time. And nothing can be done. At this point I am on the phone with my retired corporate accounting fiance, and I'm trying to explain to him the math the employee was trying to give me, and of course the math wasn't mathing to him at all. So finally I just asked the worker for the total AFTER removing the sausage and adding ground beef, I heard "oh that's odd, it went down to 16.99 bc of the beef, it's never done that before.". I paid my 18.00 and went home and then it was all burnt and unable to be eaten.. I won't be going back sadly bc I LOVED those little puff things!

Terrible customer service. The people at the counter have a bad attitude when they attend to you. On top of that, they take a long time to have the pizzas ready; they are slow and grumpy. And to make matters worse, they don't accept cash. Honestly, the service is awful. Don't come to this place—the customer service is unpleasant.

Just a Fyi: they don't take cash and the person at the front counter said if I wanted anything other then there hot and ready I had to order it on the app. I didn't have my wallet on me and just a $20 in cash. Had to go to pizzaHut.

Waited for them to stop hanging out and talking in the back for a while. They finally decided to come say hi after locking eyes a couple times. After paying for my hot n ready pizza, he asked for my name. I thought that was odd. Apparently, they only had cold and not so ready pizza, so I had to wait for a 'hot n ready '. Of course he didn't mention it before I paid. He knew I would have left.
