Called in an order. Upon arrival they had no idea about my order. They proceeded to take my order a second time but didn’t make my pizzas. Saw at least 10 people get their pizzas. After 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby they came back and took my order again. I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes to get my pizza. I’m annoyed to say the least. I’m trying to feed a house full of hungry boys.

easily one of the worst experience I've ever had. I placed an online order for a simple half pepperoni, half cheese pizza. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was given an all-pepperoni pizza. I immediately brought this to the attention of the employee, who assured me they would remake it. What followed was an infuriating wait. After 35 minutes of standing around, I had to ask about my order again, only to discover that the employee had completely forgotten to put in the remake request. This meant another 15 minute wait for the correct pizza. In total, I wasted nearly 50 minutes of my time for a basic pizza order that should have been ready in minutes. This level of inefficiency and forgetfulness from staff is completely unacceptable. Seriously need to re-evaluate and train your personnel because the current team seems utterly incapable of handling even the simplest tasks. I will not be returning.

I mean, I like Little Cesars. It's relatively inexpensive, and they have a stuffed crust pizza with a pretzel crust. I think it always depends on what time of day you go.

Walked in and the employees are yelling at each other, they’re having an attitude with the people who came in and ordering, it’s so loud it’s appalling. People are coming in with receipts and they’re asking what they ordered and then yelling at the people in the back to make it… when these people have been waiting forever already. Insane to me that this place is still open will NOT be coming back here. It’s also filthy and hot inside

I come here all the time, quality needs some adjustments as each time I order it's a 50/50 if the pizza is good or slightly burnt. Most of the time, the employees are quite nice.
Was doing an uber eats delivery. Restaurant would not allow me to pick up the order as uber does not give you the code. The manager was rude and dismissive and unwilling to help. I had to cancel the order costing me a lost of income and time.
