Can’t get ahold of anyone ordered online went to pick portal was not working person working got them checked them so i thought it was fine I should’ve checked for myself got home 2 out 3 of my ordes where wrong! custom orders so you pay extra and they can’t get that right.

I made an online order and had to wait an hour after pick-up time. I seen people come and order the same items I ordered 30mins after my pickup time and they left before I did. When asked for a reason the blame was put on the manager. When I asked to speak with them, I was told they were not there 😔😡🤔

3 people working when I arrived about noon. 2 females and one male. The 2 females in the back were loud, obnoxious and cussing. One female with blonde hair parks directly in front of the business doors and takes the other female out with her for a break.. blonde sitting in her car staring at people smoking a cigarette and the other female sitting on the curb while complaining how tired she is and cussing. The male worker was polite so I give the star rating to him but I would not come back to this location.

John, Was so nice! We ordered a hot and ready and he offered to make it fresh for us if we didn't mind waiting a few minutes. We were fine with that and waited in our truck. When our order was ready John actually brought it to us . We had never had that happen before but we're very pleasantly surprised and grateful! Thank you for showing us great customer service is still available!!!

Their handling of orders and traffic was horrible. to have gotten a notification that pizza was ready- portal had no order having to wait in between each person to then get a COLD pizza. To then reach leave feedback to see that the wrong location was going to be communicated with. anyone who has received this complaint has reimbursed their cust for the experience and I only got word the the district manager was going to speak with the location...yea no more.
