Went in for there pretzel pizza and it was just a pepperoni pizza went back in and they just gave me the same pizza back and it’s happened twice now they said there’s cheese sauce on it but the pizza is dry and no sauce

I was early to pickup my food from the kiosk. So I waited a little bit after the time it was supposed to be done. I asked and it was just sitting on the finishing table.

Is it not the most classy location? Sure. Is the food usually done pretty well? I'd say so. Probably one of the best Caesars in Tulsa.

Went here for some pizza (obviously), and was wanting 3 stuffed crust crazy bread pizzas for my friend group. Once we arrived, they handed me my pizzas and wished me a good evening, I've never had an issue with this location before, so I figured I was good to go. Once I got home, I realized that none of the pizzas were the ones I ordered, and they were cut in a very lazy way. I looked to see what I actually got on the menu and compared to what I paid for, I robbed of 20 bucks plus tax. Tried contacting the store ASAP, and they kept ignoring the phone. I could hear them pick it up just to hang it back up on me. Terrible experience, and I will be wanting a refund. Please, take the time to make customers feel as if there money is actually being put in good hands for an even trade of product.

Cant get ahold of anyone, cant submit feedback, dont know how to say they messed up my order other than doing this. That pretzel crust pizza is garbage and is not what I ordered. Also your pizza portal is broken and I needed to wait for your people as it wouldnt open. Other times ordering here have been okay, maybe three stars, but you should probably answer phones or accept feedback in the app, something.

I had ordered a pretzel crust pizza (in store) and when I got home and took a bite, it had marinara sauce in it and not the cheese sauce. Disappointing and possibly dangerous if anyone has that happen and has a tomato allergy.
