I’m so sick of the employees at this Little Caesars. Today was my last day ever giving them another dime. I purchase too much and too often to be dealing with attitudes and pizza that’s been sitting for I don’t know how long. If I wanted old pizza I I would just walk in. But dammit if I took the time to order through the app and you give me a thirty minute time frame, then I better be getting pizza straight out the oven. Boy lied straight to my face and told me it came from the oven when you can clearly see the crazy puffs was old. I bit into them things and they weren’t even lukewarm. He’s also the young man that always walks around there with an attitude. I’ve seen him talk to other employees like crap so he must be a supervisor or something. Then I ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and they gave me regular pepperoni because that too is what was already ready. Anyway, check your food before you leave because they will definitely give you old food. This wasn’t a first or second time it happened for me. When the crazy puffs are fresh you can see the garlic butter on them and they look glossy. When they are old they look dull and dry such as the one in this picture.
Horrible payment service for Delivery they go 4 times they do not deliver what I ask for and I have to go to receive it, terrible service. Definitely not more. 4 occasions and the same problem, terrible service.

I have been calling to order a pizza and they never answer and if they answer they pretend to be deaf or deaf, very bad service. If they are going to answer, they serve well.

Don't waste your time. Even if they make your pizza it'll probably be wrong.
I put in an app order at 4:58 and it said my pizzas would be ready between 5:15-5:22. At 5:30 I asked the guy at the counter and they had lost my order. At 6:00 I left because I still didn't have the 3 pizzas I paid for over an hour ago. If they had started making my pizzas at 5:30 when I asked about them I would have had them before I left...
While sitting waiting on them to NOT make my pizzas, multiple people had their orders screwed up including wrong pizzas, missing sides, and at least three others that had been waiting for over half an hour.
Apparently it's really hard to make pizza when everything is pre-prepared for you.
Utterly Incompetent.
Update: According to the app, my pizzas were finally ready for pickup at 8:47 pm, only 229 minutes after I ordered them...
When you come into an establishment you expect to be greeted which I wasn't. I didn't get all the sauces that I paid for and it was too far for me to go back to get it by that time all my pizzas would have been cold. I was very upsetting to see the sauces weren't in there and when I pay for them I asked them to be sure I got them and they said oh we always do and they didn't very disappointed!!!!!!

I ordered a pizza and then a Lyft thinking it would take at least 15 mins on the wait 20 mins and save but they came in 4 mins and my pizza wasn't ready I came back a week later the manager Chris Medina took care of me and so did and Q did their thing so I appreciate it. The pizza is usually good if you get it fresh instead of hot and ready! Great service y'all!!
