I don't know if the workers hate the job but it clearly shows in the way they make the pizza, sad

Usually this place is spot on! I drive out of the way to go there. However, Today I have tried to edit my order for 2 hours of calling, with no one answering the phone.

NEVER order by phone. I repeated my order about six times and corrected her multiple times due to neither of us being able to understand each other, I asked to clarify three times that she understood I wanted the slice n sticks with bacon and half pepperoni pizza. It’s literally their advertisement. However she still put it is as half bacon and half pepperoni. I had already waited thirty minutes which was fine but the extra 15 was totally avoidable had she actually listened to me. So glad I checked at least.
The lady taking our order was rude and hateful and acted like she hated her job.

Every time this place is a disappointment. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The food worse than any little Caesars I’ve ever been to. They play on the phone and will not take orders. This place is an all around waste of time and money. The entire staff here should be fired.

I placed my order online and waited until the predicted ready time before I even left, and I still waited another 15 minutes before my Regular cheese pizza and cheese bread were ready.. I mind you, this was at a busy dinner rush, so I expected a wait, but at the same time theyre supposed to be known for those items being hot n ready! So, I was frustrated waiting and starving. Lol. But otherwise, the kids working there weren't over helpful, but they did their job.
