My family and I came to dinner and did not have the greatest service. We walked in and was rudely greeted by the hostess and after sitting us down our waitress Emily was not the friendliest. We waited for 15 minutes at least just to get the nuts and bread. And my husband ordered a drink and yet again another 15 minutes at least and still waiting for his drink. Needless to say we are very unhappy with the service here.

The food was great. The hostesses were kind of rude. The waitress was good and she was having to deal with a very grumpy customer who sat behind us and she handled it very well. My husband said the prime rib is better than Texas Roadhouse. They have it Fri-Sun.

The food is good but hostess was short with us and not clear about seating arrangement. Service was ok , could have been better but otherwise good.

Had lunch there yesterday, it was pretty dead yet our food took forever and when we finally got it both of our entrees were cold, one was a steak & the other was chicken.... cold chicken is disgusting. It was also flavorless... I paid $20 for cold, flavorless chicken breast. The only thing that was hot was my shrimp & that's bc it was forgotten and brought later. I definitely will not come back again.

Love the fresh hot rolls. Yum. However we were given a dirty table. The waitress excused it by saying it was just peanuts. Hurried us with our drink order before we were seated. Hurriedly took our food order. Wouldn’t let us tell her we wanted our steaks med well. Said she couldn’t tell the cooks and she preferred her steaks medium and said we could send them back if there were too rare. We had to send them back and they were STILL too raw. Baked sweet potatoes was sooo good! Good thing bc that’s what we are. The shrimp were barely done and almost cold. Rice was tasteless. We felt like we were a bother to our waitress who was very flippant with us.

Excellent both food & service. Very prompt, courteous and attentive will definitely recommend and go back again in the area. Restaurant very clean so were the facilities. Was there about 130pm in the afternoons during the week.

I had heard horror stories about Logan's from other patrons that have gone to now closed locations. I had only eaten here once before many years ago. My wife and I had gotten a giftcard for Christmas, so why not give it a try and make our own assessment. Walk in, and the hostess is not too friendly. We all have our days, so move past that. Seated in a booth. The place isn't too busy, but we go in about 2:30, so I do understand most cuts have been made by now. However, we sat there with nobody getting anything for us or even talk to us closer to 10 minutes. We had already decided what we wanted to eat, and no body had even asked to get our drinks or tell us that our server was getting someone else's drinks. My wife got up and asked the hostess if we even had a server. Hostess responded with "she is getting another table's drinks". How about you help her and get our drinks. She was literally standing talking with someone else. The server for the sections comes out with the table behind ours drinks. Doesn't say a word to us or even look at us. Turns to another server cleaning her section and asks if she "wants our table". Wow. Really? In front of the customer? The other server responds with" I'm cut". This whole scenario should have been handled differently. We literally just got up with my infant son and walked out. And this is why Logan's will die off.

We called last night to check on the balance of a gift card we received as a gift from my sister. Because we had it for a year and didn't know if they took a percentage off as some places do. It gave us our balance. So we went and had dinner. Go to pay for our meal, and the card was declined saying it's a bad number ( that's what the manager said) How embarrassing. So we called Logan's and spoke to their customer service rep. She told us to call another number. So my husband hung up. And my husband looked at the number. IT WAS THE SAME NUMBER. So I called. Their rep. Said she would forward the message to upper management. I asked when we would hear back from them, she couldn't say... whatever you do, don't get a gift cards from Logan's. That was so embarrassing.

So far....planty of tables open but being told we have to wait ten minute to be seated with only one family ahead of us....three people sranding around the hostess counter doing nothing when there are tables to bus too...

Excellent service,good food,decent price. However,the music was to loud. Otherwise,it was a good dining experience.
