Rating: ⭐I visited Long John Silver's recently, and I must express my disappointment with the closure of their newly rebuilt lobby. It is perplexing to see a restaurant invest a significant amount of money in renovating its lobby, only to keep it closed indefinitely.For over a month, my family and I have been ordering from the inside, eagerly awaiting the reopening of the lobby. However, it appears that our anticipation was in vain. It is disheartening to witness the missed opportunity to enjoy a sit-down meal in the inviting atmosphere that was created.As a result of the lobby closure, the drive-through line has become excessively long. This not only affects the convenience of getting food but also raises questions regarding the purpose of having a restaurant if the lobby remains closed permanently.I urge the management of Long John Silver's to reconsider their decision and provide clarity on the rationale behind keeping the lobby shut. It is essential for customers to understand why the investment in the renovated lobby is not being utilized.Overall, my experience at Long John Silver's has been marred by the disappointment of an unused and beautifully rebuilt lobby. I hope that the management takes customer feedback into consideration and takes steps to address this issue promptly.

The people that work there have permanently locked the doors, drive through only. I see a lot of people leave because of this. The seafood part was as good as always, my wife went nostalgic for A&W, the burgers look like sliders instead of burgers we remember they were also cold for we ate in the parking lot.

I love LJS!! The only problem is apparently, there is a staff shortage. The last few times I've been there, the dining has been open only for pick up and the number of cars in the drive thru is ridiculous. I asked the drive thru employee what was going on and she said it was due to lack of employees. I don't know who the manager is, but something needs to be done.

It is really going downhill, drive thru only, and our order was wrong. I didn't want to drive 20 minutes back to sit in line another 20 to 30 minutes again. This sad that there are so few of them now. I have always liked their fish and hush puppies.

Have not been in a Long John Silver for a long time. Mostly because the one on my part of town, the location is no longer Long John Silver!Found this location on my way home, so I stop by.But, it turns out the inside restaurant is closed and only the drive thru is open.Will try again, next time I am in the area.Still do remember they used to ring bell and when you go out, it was kinda unique!Craving for the fish n chips!Edited and added notes:Why is the whole Tulsa Metropolitan, this is the only location for Long John Silver?Has the demographic of Tulsa, changed that much ?

This place is sooo run down.. watch your tires and rims going through the drive thru.. the lobby closes way early too... so you're forced to use the drive thru.. the ordering menu lights don't work and ya can't see .. under staffed and the 2 people there had absolutely no hurry in them.. it looks trashy and it sucks because I love Long John Silvers.. but not this location!!

i paid almost $14 for a combo that i thought was well deserved, drove off from drive thru and my side wasn't in the order. my fish was cold and so hard. it wasn't worth for me to go from my work to complained, i called several times and never answer. will never go back again to this place.
I love LJS. Definitely recommend the fish.
