Eaten here a number of times. Had different dishes. The food is okay. Typical fast food. The service is slow. As in...really slow. Plus, it's more expensive than other places for similar meals. If you're in a pinch and have a craving for it, it's okay to go to. Otherwise if you're time or money restricted, there are better options in the area.

The gentleman working the drive through was very polite and accommodating, and the food was hot and fresh. My one complaint, the fish was a little too heavily breaded for my preference. Overall great experience!

The chicken was so dry and hard. The hush puppies had been fried twice and you can tell! I've worked in the food industry it's not difficult to know. The whole store was so filthy with crusted on food and all dirty tables.

Haven't had Long John's in a long time and had a craving for their chicken. Passed up Cain's just because it had been forever. Upon first entering the smell was awful. Almost like something had burned. Ordered the all you can eat chicken because it was the best deal. Upon bringing out our order we were told it wasn't the same chicken as usual. He said it took him longer because it was frozen and had to be broken apart. Tasted horrible and very little chicken. Food was served on flimsy foam plates. Asked for a refund, and was told they had to go to the store and buy chicken because they ran out. Assuming the plates came from there too. Out of soda too. They were at least nice and understanding about the refund. Do yourself a favor and just don't go.

Great location choice if you're looking to eat at Long John Silver's. This location is Much cleaner than the others, and it just has a more positive atmosphere than the other locations my wife and I have been to recently. 5 stars for the atmosphere, and the food. Everything was great!

I visit this Long John Silvers frequently, and they're now under new management. This past week when I came in for lunch, the store was cleaner, and the employees were actually working and cleaning up the place. I got to meet Jennifer, the new GM. I told her about a few previous experiences that had lacked the quality of a 5 star rating, and she made it right. After talking with the new Manager, l can honestly say this location now strives for customer satisfaction and this new GM seems motivated to provide great customer service and a clean environment. Much better food & service, I will definitely be back!

I came to see the manager in flip flops I read about in an older review of this place. The manager I met was not in flip flops. She was helping the other employees get my food out quickly (which is always appreciated!) Food was hot and not greasy (also nice) and I will come back for sure. Best experience at a Long John Silvers I've had in a Long time!
I've been coming to this location for years, and there's been a noticeable change management. The store is much much nicer, and I met the manager, Jennifer who was very polite and made sure my order was correct. Overall, this place has done a 180 in just tbe past month or so. The food was good, and the restaurant was clean. I will be back more often because of my recent experience!

The service is so bad it's funny. I feel like I'm watching a movie. I've seen workers fighting in the store yelling I've seen them throw there head sets. So today I waited in line no answer for about 10 min. Went inside and the lady with the headset was on her cell phone. I was like can I please order some food. Another guy came up and took my order. The other day I was in line at the speaker waiting to order I seen one of them running out the back door throwing the headset. It really is a dinner and a movie but just without the food. Btw always check to make sure you got the right order they screw it up EVERY time. There where people off the street walking in the back yelling at their friends. Getting a job applications. I can't help but think how much worse can this place get. The health department definitely needs to be aware of this place. It's scary to think they are taking care of our food.

I love LJS and really wanted to like it. The food here was okay and fresh. Took some time to get it but that was okay as they were cooking fresh. Everything was okay until I was ready to leave and the cockroach crawled up on my table. I guess he was checking if I was done. This just confirmed my suspicions that this place is never clean. Tried to ignore the sticky floor and bathroom but the roach was too much. If you need LJS get it somewhere else.
